Sunlight Foundation? Brady Campaign?

It's not directly your fault, it's a side effect of you having the right to shoot watermelons...

Click the numbers, every incident is backed up with a break down of incidents and a news source, nothing biased at all...

So what part of murder is illegal is someone missing ?

Second wants to know too.

Gawd it is not that murder is already illegal, it's about making it harder for criminals and mentally ill to get guns.

That has to be the most idiotic reply about gun control ever..murder is already illegal..

Why do you people fight against making it harder for those people to get guns....do you enjoy mass shootings?

So let's just arm everyone, is that the solution?

This isn't Iraq of Afghanistan, and despite what some people think America is not a "war zone".

People who want to be armed legally and illegally are, those who don't want to be aren't. I think multiple people who are owners themselves have made several recommendations but none are politically correct or acceptable in our current political environment. Legal gun owners who follow the law already have given as much ground as they are willing. So it's a stale mate. One side won't seperate the problems from the non and owners are basically telling them all to get bent. Seeing as how confiscation by government won't happen and I don't see any anti gunners lining up to do it, were pretty much in a no go situation.

Like Murder IS ALREADY ILLEGAL.

Says so in the Gun control ACt of 1968, and the Brady Law.

And before that where the laws say 'Thou Shall NOT KILL'.

Gawd is right.

People refusing to READ the LAWS.

en.wikipedia.org...

en.wikipedia.org...

ATF form 4473

www.atf.gov...

11. b,c,e,f,i

The people that are refusing to even look up the law are the ones that look 'idiotic'.

Correct.
Far less than 1% of US deaths are caused by firearms.
So we are not a war zone, or even close to being one.

The gun thing is blown completely out of proportion.

Any law the Tyrannical government pass against the Constitution gun laws is none and voided period.

The Constitutions is the Supreme law of the land. No amendment changes the right to bear arms.

Now, I can see this issue taken to the Supreme Court, it will be interested to see what the Supreme Courts "opinions" are on this issue. The Supreme Court has sold us out before on other issues, lets wait and see.

However, the gun business in the Black Markets, is no different than the underground drug Markets.

My "opinion" is the government will never be able to take away guns in the USA, Never.

Many drug houses deal with firearms, it will always be easy to buy a gun in many American neighborhoods.

The government can pass all the laws they want to.

Dunno what your talking about.

I don't see how 11,000 people could be dead after all it's ILLEGAL to go around killing other people.

But somehow I am 'responsible' for it.

So let's support making more laws that some people are NEVER going to follow!

That's the BS.

I agreed with that already, but as i said 1 life saved is one happy person with the RIGHT TO LIVE, you are not in anyway interested in saving that one life...or a % of the 11.000.

Right to live should come before right to shoot watermelons..

I don't shoot anything. I don't own a gun, but I strongly support the right to do so should I choose.

All the other rights you have are only secure because of the "right to shoot watermelons" as you so flippantly call it.

Btw, if I learned how to shoot anything, it would be Bambi. I've always wanted to try actual venison I went out and got for myself.

But again, out of those 11,000 number, 300 by rifles of all types, less with the "scary" looking AR15's.

so less than .1% per 100,000
