What air force has Israel fought against to prove they are among the best in the world? Not to mention the SU-30 was built to go against the F22 it could have been four against four and the odds would still be against Israel.

One is a Gen-4 fighter, built in the 1990's, and the other is a Gen-5 fighter, built in the 2000's. They are not direct competitors as they are from different eras.

Since when did the SU-30 become a generation 5 fighter? I was under the impression the only 5th gen fighter Russia was working on was the Sukhoi T-50.

The Su-30 was not designed to go against the F-22. The T-50 is the closest match for the F-22 although an Su-35 in a WVR fight would stand a good chance against it.

The latest version is from late 2012. That's the SU-30SM. It's a 4+ generation fighter. Very capable.

My thoughts are if the Israeli F-15s were in attack formation they were either fighters converted to fighter/bomber configuration, or Mudhens. Either way, not set up for a knife fight with the Flanker.

It still was not designed to compete with the F-22. It falls in with the upgraded F-18's/16's/15's at that point.
