Agreed. It has proven itself in Wales for years now, massive reductions in landfill dumped plastic.
Excessive packaging should be targeted next in my opinion.

Indeed GoS. The majority of our green bags are full of food packaging.

Argh! it drives me nuts, bought a tiny pair of earphones for my phone and the box was A4 paper sized with the same sized hard plastic 'mounting' inside which I had to cut open with a knife. It's ridiculous.

I dont see a problem with it, Im guessing I use about 30 plastic bags a year, maybe. Its hardly breaking the bank.

Also, they have been pushing bags for life on us for a few years now, I have a cupboard full of the things

Both handles in tact
No holes or tears
