I don't think these people do. That video is CGI, and not very good at that. That CGI is looking out over the lake whereas CERN is hard left and any vortex would be in that direction.

I'm not relaxed about some of the stuff that these immature theoretical physicists are up to at CERN, but this video is really fake, I know that geographical area very well.
