Prosecute Bush & Cheney! The Real Reasons George & Dick Belong Behind Bars

There were multiple reasons why we went to Iraq, but the point is, it was a bunch of lies. It wasn't one lie. Why not investigate the Iraq war.

There was no "single reason" for the Iraq war nor was it based on any single lie - just like GHW's war in Iraq and the incubator babies. I'm afraid we'd have to go back 30+ years to when Sr. was Vice President making backroom deals with the Contras, Noriega, Nugen Hand Bank, Cocaine trafficers and Iranian weapon dealers.

Because the Tower Commission was a joke and never went after the real Iran/Contra criminals Bill Clinton got to slide when he upped the ante by massacring Americans in Waco Texas and ostensibly OKC. Kosovo, the aspririn factory bombing, the murder of political liabilities like Ron Brown all can be laid at his feet. Each administration has just continued along the same path of lawlessness knowing full well that each party would cover for the other while putting on a show for the American people.

Our government went terribly wrong some time ago and for the last 30 years have wallowed in illegal activity.
How do you even begin to undo the wrongs and do justice to the victims covering that amount of time?

You're probably right. Because we would never in the US charge a former president with a crime, even if they committed them. Bush and Cheney are war criminals because they advocated for torture. Torture is a war crime, plain and simple. Will they ever be tried for it? Of course not. Although, they may not be able to travel internationally as safe as they think.

Unfortunately, there actually are Untouchables in the world and those are 2 of them. They will never be held responsible for their actions, because they can drag an entire government down with them. Bush Jr and Cheney are beyond the reach of Justice.

We're a country by the rule of law, and when murder's committed, we have trials. But we don't seem to have rules today.

Doesn't matter what we think. You get to that level in politics being put on trial is next to unheard of ( I understand Clinton) and forget about prison. You can pretty much sexually assault the pope in the Lincoln bedroom with the entire us seeing it on live tv and still won't see a cell.

They should be locked up and the key should be thrown away.forever!
