The UN and the Omega Agency

well today ats has been down for like 5 hours for me so instea of reading the message board i wnt and had a re read of the main page. Well i read about the Omega Agency and how it controls the UN, but i am slightly confused. Why didnt the Omega agency (who has bush on there council) make the UN accept the war with Iraq. any ideas??

well my 2 cents on this is
the usa stands in the way of the OA so they get the UN to oppose the war trying to make the USA fall so they can take over
