endless Greek debt drama has finally hit the US
Hillary emails reveal US efforts to save Greece

Greece aims to initiate debt-relief negotiations before Christmas, but the power dynamic in the euro zone won't allow Tsipras to get the best deal he can to relieve the country's debt. The International Monetary Fund, while calling for Greek debt relief, does not want to clash with Europe on how debt restructuring is implemented. As such, Greece is looking to the U.S. for the greatest possible support on debt restructuring.

Is Greece doomed? Why is Greece the WORST economic mess in all of Europe? At this rate looks like Greece will never get out of this mess because banks have been closed for weeks on end then open for a few, for seems like a year now. Tsipras is in NYC apparently begging for handouts so soon AFTER resigning last month

Tsipras told his first Cabinet meeting that his aim is to have the country out of its crisis by 2019 when his four-year mandate ends

Greece was partially the victim of a deliberate, entrapment. Predatory loans and austerity was the bait. Greece had a less than desirable financial structure to begin with. The money masters took clear advantage of the degenerate gambler, Greece, to corner them into selling off all of their national resources/municipalities.

I'm just surprised the Greek people didn't loot or burn down any holdings of these scammers, and string up the guy who caved into the austerity, instead of succeeding from the EU.
