Most of us are aware of the vast distances involved when contemplating the universe. However, even our tiny spec of a solar system is represented incorrectly when it comes to creating diagrams of the planets and their orbits. When we truly put this into perspective, we realize that space is even more exponentially expansive than our imaginations can comprehend.

That was really enjoyable thanks for posting!

Can you imagine when space travel becomes so advanced we will feel like we are traveling those scaled down distances.

Well done. I enjoyed the video.

Thanks for the share. I always like watching the relations of planetary sizes and distances. Over the years it just keeps getting better👍🏻👏🏻

Wasn't too long ago that I saw another video here which showed how much space was between the planets, and from that first realized that Mercury is about half the distance to the sun from the perspective of Venus. I had thought Mercury was much closer to the sun. This thread reinforces my inner-map of the solar system a little more, so thanks for the further tweaking of my education and mental map.
