Well people after a seven month hiatus. Brian Williams is back covering news. With everything going on kinda slipped underneath the radar for most people. I didn't think Williams was ever coming back, and truth be told. I have completely forgotten about him. I sure hopes he remembers the first tenet of journalism. Report the news. Don't make the news. So without further ado. Best wishes to Brian Williams.

With little fanfare, Brian Williams returned to television Tuesday afternoon in his new position as a breaking-news anchor at MSNBC with coverage of Pope Francis’s arrival in the United States.

I'll be back!!

Good hunting Mr. Wiliams.

I'll be sure to tune in for a tasty morsel of truth just as soon as I can. Because Lord knows... If the man didn't learn how not to lie in over 50 years of his existence... I'm pretty sure that a 7 month paid vacation with a guarantee of returning to your cushy job did...

Oh good! I can't wait to hear him tell the story about the time in '63 when he was in Dallas to do an interview at the book depository building, and a suspicious-looking man with an Italian-made bolt action rifle, wandered up the stairs past him and his interviewee.

This is why Hillary is still going strong in her candidacy: people don't care about being lied to.

They aren't honest and will lie to our faces? Oh, well at least South Park is showing Trump getting raped.

Yes, I hope we never find out.

I always found it a bit strange he was so comfortable
telling that big fish story...like he had a disconnect.
He forgot there were backups? Same thing
with Hillary...

LOL….that was a great laugh, really. I am picturing him, rapping right now.

But really, guys….isn't this a site about the dissemination of "truth" being really ambiguous, after all?
Even in this case, I don't think there is any black and white to be applied to it…..

appreciate the link…lol…however….that's not exactly him rapping, is it?
But a good mix to rap his commentary. Really funny.

But I gotta say again, I am amazed at the stringency to perceived truth on this subject…..on this website and in this thread. From politicians to celebrities to any one of us, truth is increasingly ambiguous. Maybe what he did to displease the PTB, I would think, we should consider…

Just saying. Thanks for the link and the laugh.

If I could give me more stars for that comment, I would. That whole fiasco was a big wagon of bovine scatology. He must have friends in high places.
