Democracy is an epic fail today.

Democracy will never vote evil out as long as voters have no clue what kind of power the person has..

I've heard many comments blaming China not having Democracy or other dictator country like Cuba. Truth is Democracy can vote in extremely evil people rather than vote them out. We all see this with US regime changes.

You see in the old Athens days, if the leader gains too much power the leader gets voted out and banned from entering the country ever again. This doesn't happen today. No one wants your corrupt leaders.

Just because the person is voted out or resigned, it doesn't mean that person isn't smart enough to build his/her empire back. If they made it to the top through fraud and corruption. They can come back anytime with the same thing. Either through another country or company(name). If they were on top, it means they have handy men to help him/her to do it again.

Current democracy system today is the constant repeat of failed democracy as the citizen themselves, without knowledge, do not know who they are truly voting in. The manufacturing has it hard on the citizens 10x worst than the past. We use to called them Warlords(East)/Companies(West) in the past. Now we called them CEO's.

Democracy will never work in China, nor any country that has an Oligarchy manufacturing system in it. Lets face it. We all seen this in triads. If some don't agree they do war. If they are extremely evil, will never be voted out or just replace by another evil. If you guys think Triads and Mafia are just a gang? They got their definition because they have businesses/manufacturing capability to keep the society alive. Their not just a gang, but a gang who owns lands. I'd probably be calling Hell Angels a Mafia today. Unlike the past, they actually have businesses.

Lets, face it America is dying with increase gang recruitment and governmental corruption. If they call themselves by another name, they are not true Americans. True Americans would use the word American. You mind as will call all those other gang groups another country.

If any of the older US president during or before Abe Lincoln. I can guarantee you that they would rack up all these gangs and shoot them like the Soviet Union. For the division of America and land of the free. They would certainly see all these modern gangs as a new empire within America which therefore be a threat to the citizens existence. If you look at it this way, gangs are like your lords or cult during medieval period if they get complete control(they are openly evil). Corporations are the secretly evil lords that control you, very rare some are good, you can't live without them today unlike the past. Especially, when they keep sabotaging environment.

Well, since you brought it up, the rich are breaking the law outright every time there is a G8 meeting, or a bilderburg meeting etc

But as usual, the law is only for us have nots, the haves get to do as they please at all times.

Democracy is a great win .... for them.

It is exactly what they want. The illusion that We The People are in charge is a wondrous tool for them.

The only problem they have and they have it right now, is the many people who are getting uppity. They know that when this grouping of people gets to around 10%, we will try to take back what is rightfully ours.

But then, they know this and they are ready for it.

Look at Russia as the prime example in modern history.

The Tzars were terrible, the people rose up in unison, destroying them utterly. And then what happened? The replacements were worse than the original problem! Eventually, they too crashed and burned. Now Russia is trying Democracy.

But like all the systems before, it too must fail to be replaced with what ... something worse perhaps.

The One World Government. What it will be in the end, is control by the multinationals, then more of the same until we knock them off. And so it goes round and round.

Let's skip a few steps and knock off the multinationals now, save ourselves a lot of pain and suffering.

To be blunt, democracy fails in any country where the majority is uneducated in the events and ways of the world... when the majority is manipulated by a few who seem to remain in power for a lifetime and no one cares anymore... you have a government established and supported by... well... you have an Idiocracy. (warning language in video).



Now imagine what will happen when we have mandatory voting!

Blame not on Democracy, but the few who control the money, as they care not about democracy itself but the control of the masses.

To nullify your post: The US is a controlled Republic , not a Democracy .The founding Fathers realized that a Democracy is mob rule.

Curious, what do you think is the ideal form of government?

Personally I think an extremely limited government,
only a few duties and obligations,
keep the peace (ie keep people safe from each other and invaders to the homeland only)
maintain the infrastructure (roads, electric grid etc)
handle foreign affairs only to keep the homeland safe and secure
handle disagreements between people (judges who only settle disputes, not make or influence law)
only have a broad law regarding injustice and let the courts decide on a case by case basis, not make law, and not use precedent

Other than that, all regulations etc out the door
all social programs, out the door - free up the churches/temple/mosques to go back to doing charity work without fear

All restrictions, out the door
all regulations, out the door

Have a republic but limit all jobs to a 2 term maximum and
elected public service to a total combined 4 term maximum

Let people sue and ruin companies that harm people
let people sue for injustices, race, sex etc, but not make laws
Nothing will stop people from harming others like taking money from them

Remove all taxes except for sales taxes which are fair to all
because if you are rich you don't get out of paying
if you are poor, you pay less because you buy less
illegal people pay
and there can be rebates in place for the very poor as there are in many countries

The elite would have a melt down, because they want power and this type of government nearly eliminates that power.
While giving the maximum freedom to people.

Sorry, makemap, but I quit reading after this comment because America is not a democracy, we are a constitutional/representational republic, plain and simple.

Yep, it's an epic fail all right.

Europe is already awash with third world migrants and will continue to be. How many Europeans would have voted for that?

If you read properly. US is more so using the same democracy that the triads used. But, instead of multiple power controllers doing the voting, the people below does the voting for the president. The multinational are just herding the sheep to vote for the presidents they want through propaganda(advertisements) and buyouts. Who knows maybe all the president candidates are puppets today, seeing how no one can ever live on their home land without paying unlike the past. Even parks have became private territories.
