Odd Martian Rock Formation??

Ignoring the music that accompanies this video what is ATS members views and thoughts on this image captured on a flat Martian piece of rock.??

There also seems to be a stair like formation close to this image too.

Most likely just a piece of natural rock formation but does seem odd in appearance, round part looks like a head.

Looks like a name in kayak.

I think the "stairs" are an after effect of pixilation for the high level of zoom used.
Or i could be wrong and those are in fact stairs.
