the democratic establishment/liberal press is not going after Sanders like republican establishment/press is going after Trump. Which means sanders is in the establishment or the establishment is sooo far left, that people like Clinton, Biden, O'Malley are to conservative for them.

He is a career politician. He still seems far-left for the Dems, but the entire party is moving to the left and the Republicans move further and further to the middle or at least what WAS the middle.

The entire country is being dragged to the Progressive side of things due to the brainwashing of the younger generation in our liberal controlled education system and a left leaning mainstream media.

Bernie's popularity is a natural progression as the world moves towards centralized, totalitarian control and the inevitable loss of personal liberty that accompanies that movement.

Yeah the negative press Trump gets is because he seems to be unable to speak for more then 2 min with out personally attacking someone.

And then just speaking generalities about great this and good that and he is going to make it happen.

I think you nailed it.

It isn't about taking care of our country and founding principles any more but more of a push towards globalization. Look at the EU and the sovereignty of each country over there. It is now a collective by each nation to appease the whole.

The left never criticizes their own.

After reading this.

No Really—What’s the Difference Between a Democrat and a Socialist

And couldn't even answer.

The obvious answer is there is no difference.

Meaning Sanders is ESTABLISHMENT.

I read you post and was struck by your thoughts that the "left is moving farther left and the Republicans are moving farther to the middle."

I find that very interesting. While Bernie may be more to the left, I think the Republican has a faction of very far right folks in the Tea Party. Bernie's popularity may very well be in reaction to that far left, as well as the Establishment giving Banks free reign and high fives while the rest of us suffer the consequences for their actions.

Anyway, I thought the right was moving farther right... lol! Perception is everything!

peace,
AB

The Scandinavian Socialism Argument Debunked

an. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Scandinavia, which attracted investors during Europe’s sovereign debt crisis, is now coming under international scrutiny on concern that record household debt levels from Denmark to Sweden aren’t sustainable.

And Sanders, and his supporters want have that model over here!

In Denmark, consumers owe their creditors 321 percent of disposable incomes, a world record that the Paris-based OECD said in November demands a policy response. I

Oh so the guy who doesn't want a full blown socialist state is modeling his ideas after places that are not full blown socialist states?

Huh it is like people have been trying to say that all along...

No the countries aren't perfect but neither are we.
