A former Greater Manchester Police officer who says he saw first hand how investigations into the late MP Cyril Smith were mysteriously closed down, has told Sky News that investigations should be far wider than just police misconduct.
The retired officer who did not want to be named said: "I am concerned, however, that the statements being made by the Met and the IPCC seem to be targeting Special Branch officers.
"There has been no mention of other Services - MI5 for instance.
news.sky.com...

If he saw first-hand how the investigation was shut down, and he says he's concerned that MI5 haven't been named, then the implication is he saw MI5 shut down the Cyril Smith investigation. That would fit with what we know about these spineless traitors.

Unfortunately....

I believe the part of the equation here that must be eliminated is....

Humans.

MI5 certainly would be involved as they probably do a lot of security profiling of politicians etc and like most things they'll of known about his tastes and probably many others and used it to their advantage

Mi5 is basically Special Branch... Isn't it?

They work closely anyway.

Let's not get crossed wires here, he didn't say he saw mi5 shut the case.

Although he has brought their conduct to attention, you can't be putting words in his mouth.....

Non of you honestly don't realise what went on. Listen very closely. Agents of MI5 or any other agency or any individual in those agencies gets evidence of serious misconduct by anyone in a powerful position (like an MP or the judiciary) has the perfect lever to dictate any policy or agenda and those caught in the trap have to obey.
But they are only under control as long as their crimes are hidden. Hence the burying if incriminating evidence at that time to keep the "blackmail" threat in operation.
A few high profile people in your pocket goes a long, long way.
At that time Mrs Thatcher KNEW one of her cabinet was a paedophile but she didn't out him. And the reason why? With what she knew (and he knew that she knew) she had complete and utter control over him. Power, power.
Simple aint it.

Weed them out...how? Eugenics? Racial profiling? Personality profiling? Genetic profiling?

Someone in our pussified culture will call foul. I tend to choose the direct path. The answer that will cure the problem. I rip the band-aid off.

I genuinely see the human race, as a whole, as a failed experiment that is wasting space in a rather large and once beautiful petri dish.

Yepp, I know, nobody will like my saying this. So sorry. It's just my opinion.

It sounds like you're mixing with the wrong crowd.

Try taking exercise outdoors early in the morning. Observe the beauty of the interconnected universe and your place in it. Learn to grow food, make clothes, build and maintain simple housing. You'll soon brighten your outlook with these simple and inexpensive actions.

Thank you. However, I didn't ask you for neither your advice nor platitudes.

I see the world as it is. I see life as it is. I see humans for what we are.

Now you're being downright insulting.

We each see our own reality. Yours is not mine. Mine is not yours.

You really should try a bit of understanding.

MI5 is investigating itself apparently. I am not sure whether this is a new low or a new high in propaganda ...
