Taking the batteries out of things would help a bit. Do you have a surround sound system or any other speaker that is on in these rooms? Do you have neighbors and if so how close are they? Could be some kind of signal bleeding into there from somewhere.

How many guitars/music instruments do you have? could it be maybe a vibration or some kind of sound wave hitting something just right?
