just over 25 years ago, CERN gave birth to the internet thanks to its brainchild fellow Tim Berners-Lee who developed hypertext, transmission protocol, and domain name hosting on servers as the backbone for the first 'web' which originated in Geneva and quickly propagated across the world; without it, we'd likely never have ATS!
