Its a great set up for them, she can cast aspersion on
her already tarnished husband, and play the part of the
"innocent" hard working woman, few will dare to attack
the obvious duplicity.

She cant be both smart and dumb.

This is another example of people throwing random stuff at the Clintons then getting upset when nothing sticks. So Huma took some leave in the wrong order, missed signing a form or two, and it resulted in $11,000 in overpayments and even that can be argued and now that's called embezzlement? How much are we supposed to spend to investigate it? How is this even a serious charge? It was paid time off she was entitled to anyways.

This is why people don't take things like the email server seriously.

You don't really need to throw anything at them, is enough crap on them to stick for a long time.

Hillary is a crazy women with a background of shady dirty deeds since the seventies, she is the last person you want in the white house.

Yeah, keep telling yourself that.

There's a good reason Hillary's poll numbers have been consistently dropping.

This sounds like the Feds putting the squeeze on Hillary's inner circle in order that one of them might take a deal and testify against her.

That's how justice is done in the U.S.A.

Knew a guy who took a plea from a U.S. Attorney to testify to something that wasn't even true involving someone else they were desperately after - simply because they said they would charge him with something more serious (that also wasn't true) if he didn't cooperate.

He was basically bullied for a year until he agreed to the lesser of two evils. Ruined him. Emotionally, financially. :

Hillarys poll numbers are dropping because most of her party doesn't want her. Faux scandals (or Fox scandals if you would prefer) are for the most part without substance which serves to rally her defenders. The problem Hillary has is that there are some very good challengers against her in the Democrat party. Sanders is fantastic and Biden is also really solid (but most of his work in the past decade is unknown to the majority). The email issue is very real, but it's not what is hurting Hillarys support, what's hurting her is her extremely tight management of the media and refusal to answer any questions while her challengers are open and interacting with the voters.
