The (cringeworthy) Dutch English speaker in this vid seems to suggest that he had contact with Ryanair and that they promised him to reply to his questions.

It passes beneath the wing, it isn't that big.

Oh.
In that case. Never mind. I'm convinced.
I'm sure the airline refused to answer of those questions.
Wait, what questions were asked? Stewardess (aren't they called flight attendants?), what stewardess?

Why the hell you you believe anything said in that video?

Well since its travelling the opposite direction to the plane of course it looks fast and due to motion blur it will look larger than it actually is.

Why the hell are you so obnoxious?

You were asking where these claims came from. I posted the vid. I even formulated my post in such a way that it was objective.

No, I didn't.
I knew where the claims came from.

If I left the "hell" out, would it have been better? Even though it's the same question?

Well you also asked this,

According to whom?

No, you would still be obnoxious.

Yes, yes I did. Who is Lions Ground? Why the hell should you believe it?

No, you would still be obnoxious.
I guess. If you don't like being challenged.

You didn't ask who Lions Ground was, you asked "according to whom"?

If there is any confusion it is your own fault.

I'm not confused.

Love the classy discourse in this thread. Puts my trolling to shame.

Could have guessed it would have ended up this way.

The Taranis is 40ft long according to Wikipedia so I doubt it's that.

Because to me it looks like a bird.

What kind of bird?

The lucky kind , it didn't get sucked into the engine but appears to have been sucked under the plane wing and out the other side.
Nice story to tell the grand chicks.

Or....or...
We could try to lower the odds of what it may or may not be.

- I don't think anyone can DEFINITIVELY prove it is a bird.
- I don't think anyone can DEFINITIVELY prove is a craft (worldly or otherworldly)

We could DEFINITIVELY prove tampering of the video. As stated I have no formal CGI analysis background so if any one possibly knows a guy who knows a guy that may be interested , much would be appreciated.

We only have the short - already produced- video that shows the real time video 1st then slo-mo with the red circles identifying the objects towards the end. I'm not sure if the article said that the entire uncut video was 4-5 minutes long, I'll have to got back and re-read that.I'm sure any one wanting to provide their services would require the full video. I think we would quickly find where "Lions Ground News" (LGN) allegiances lied if we asked them for assistance acquiring the full video (unfortunately I feel we wouldn't get far with them, but people surprise me everyday)

Or ... Or.....
everyone could continue taking pot shots at each other. If that's the case I'll be out beside the pool. Holler if you need me. I could assist in trying to contact LGN.

I would love to see the raw uncut highest quality video of this event. Should provide us with some more clues I suspect.
What is this talk about witnesses? And the flight attendant is just somebody random who replied to the video on youtube....so yeah

In any case, why is Ryanair the party that needs to step forward and comment? How about the person who recorded the video, where can I contact them? Think about it, a total stranger make a vid on a plane some internet reporter starts asking questions and now the airline company is hiding something? If you want to expose something you go to the source, not the company that flies the plane that the source was sitting in while filming and not looking.

I think people are confused

are you?

The object passed the plane twice.. and in order to do that.. it would have to be moving incredibly fast. Faster than any bird known to man

What makes you so sure its the same object and not 2 or 3 separate things?

It's an excerpt from the full 5 min clip that's not online.

So how do you know its the same object?

-now for the few that are saying "it's a camera angle.. it's coming at the plane"... ok.. if it were a bird flying towards the plane in the shot where it looks like it's passing.. then how could the bird come back around and zoom past the pane again with the plane travelling at those speeds

There is more than 1 bird on our lovely planet.

It might have been 2 or 3 birds.

The bird isn't moving fast, the plane is.

The thing is though, I'm not sure what bothers me more -- the comments themselves or all the stars of support they get from other members.

It very obviously is not a bird. Seriously? My God man... SERIOUSLY?.

Whatever it is most certainly is moving at a rate of speed significantly faster than the plane's own rate of speed.

When people lack the ability to discern the most obvious details and traits of something they see with their own eyes, it disturbs me and rattles my faith in other people.

Yes seriously.

Its OK though, you seem to have the same issues as those that concern you.

I guess its a 2 way street.

It concerns you that different people can have different perception of a clip that is edited? SERIOUSLY?

Do you think its the same object or could it be possible it might be 2 or 3 different things?

So far a few are saying or implying its the same thing, yet no explanation how they have concluded such.

I sent a preliminary request for information to Lions Ground News (LGN) in hopes of cooperation with this investigation (any additional footage etc). I'm not going to hold my breath but if I hear anything I'll let the thread know
