You are holding out that marriage is not a matter for government to be involved in; it should be private. Correct?
You are also saying, that because it has been made a matter of government, that Kim Davis' actions are "in the wrong" because she's keeping two people from wedding each other as should be their individual right.
Right?

Th e Morehead News
Public service is a tradition in her family. When she won last year’s general election, she took over from her mother, Jean Bailey, who had served in the job for 37 years.
And Davis’s son, Nathan, began working in the Rowan County Clerk’s office in January.

This is a perfect example of a government authority (illegally) determining the rights for the individuals.

I'm sure it's just crap. Last desperate attempts to win this case.
Rowan County Attorney Cecil Watkins has previously dismissed that argument, saying deputy clerks can issue valid marriage licenses without the approval of their boss.

No one is hating.
Disagreement is not hating.
And I don't even think everyone is disagreeing with you.
Feel better.

BREAKING: Attorney for jailed Kentucky clerk says same-sex marriage licenses issued Friday are void
www.chicoer.com...
There must be something in place to make up for a Clerk who would be incapacitated or something?
Like a Deputy Clerk to act in the absence of the Clerk?
Welcome to Rowan County

I'm saying that she, Kim Davis, that woman from Kentucky (not to confuse her with any other woman named Kim Davis living and or having lived in Kentucky) misused her authority as a government servant. That she did wrong.
A boo-boo.
A naughty.
She abused her authority.
