Iran has to agree to let the IAEA inspect nuclear sites or there is no deal and we are back at square one, sanctions and all. Parchin is not a nuclear site. It houses no nuclear material or a nuclear reactor.

Any location where facilities are located for their nuclear program is covered. Building it on a military base and then trying to claim they don't get access to military bases is a violation. Refusing access to nuclear scientists is a violation. Building secret facilities / not declaring them is a violation.

12 outstanding question....

Do you see the problem? Do you honestly expect Iran to comply when its been clear that have failed to comply the last 10-20 years? Is it really going to take a mushroom cloud over a city before people understand where this is going?

Please, enlighten us on how this deal would give Iran the nuke as opposed to no deal?

Enlighten Us? Do you think anything you don't know will also not be known by everyone else? That is some ego you have there.
The Iran deal will enable Iran to increase support for terrorists and insurgents everywhere, (and you can bet they will), aggravate sectarian conflict and trigger both nuclear and conventional proliferation. Israel will be racing for more arms, every country around the area that felt somewhat protected by the embargoes against Iran will now feel threatened. Israel will be itching their already itchy hair triggers as will other Iran enemies. The Iran deal is total suicide for any hopes of seeing weapons of mass destruction not being made like candy in a candy factory in the middle east. But go ahead and believe your hope and change poster child, see if it helps.

It is also interesting that the same obvious traitor republicans, AKA, Closet Obama supporters made this all possible by voting for this deal. It looks like we have a kangaroo court doing all the deals that help warmongering efforts everywhere. Think of the money they will make by everyone including new fish entering the nuclear arms race with access to equipment they couldn't get before this deal, new technology, which will now be available for Iran to get their hands on, and this access by Iran through this deal will give them the ability and the technology upgrades that they didn't have before, allowing them to make long range ballistic missiles and nuclear weapons they don't have now. And even other more advanced military equipment and arms. This deal is like the kind of a deal someone gives to someone they trust, and love, but Iran isn't that someone America can trust right now and can't be trusted, Unless Obama is the same as they are but forgot to tell you. Muslim Brotherhood supporter, check. Gives arms to our enemies, yep, already did that. Now it's big ole banner and parade with a marching band upgrade to near future long range nuclear tipped ballistic missiles to a country that wants America to Die a thousand deaths. And many other countries that are current American Allies, and also unstable with a longing to see Iran locked up and kept away for safety reasons.. Yeah, that is going to really work out nice.

Perhaps Obama thinks he can bribe his way out of a fight? Maybe its like sharpening the dogs teeth that are going to be in the pit fight and he just wants to see better fireworks when the fight begins? The president is also claiming a big victory to a deal that had such low support amongst his own party that it required the resident democrat party secret agents AKA Obama's republican guard? Eight turncoat republicans with names everyone has already associated with traitor, or turncoat, or closet democrat party members with a republican badge on their chest.

That is not a victory, it is just taking credit for a big future land fill with a 10,000 year long half life. Maybe more than one, could be lots of them.

Yeah but here's your problem, Iran wasn't building a nuke on the military base known as Parchin. They were testing explosive detonators. No nuclear material was discovered there as per the IAEA themselves. That site is home to all kinds of explosive testing. As I've already said, Iran let the IAEA inspect any part of Parchin they desired back in 2005. They didn't have to let the IAEA in but they did and who knows, maybe they'll do it again one day. Point is, it's not a nuclear site, contains no nuclear material so what the IAEA have to do with it?

Iran, their military bases and nuclear site, will be always be watched. If there are any suspicious activity at any site, nuclear or not, Iran will be notified that an inspection may be requested. This deal puts Iran under the microscope more than ever so I don't imagine they'll be building any nukes anytime soon.

I really wanted to read your entire post but I couldn't since you posted no facts, just emotional assumptions.

Bottom line, without a deal Iran is free to build a bomb if they wanted to (even though they have no nuke program currently) but with a deal they will be under the microscope 24/7, along with all their nuclear material.

Except you didn't... you linked something that we don't know the details of.
Not saying the deal isn't there, just the details are not really known since they are confidential.
Countries have secrets, we wouldn't give up ours but we think others should give up theirs?

My thoughts are that this deal was better was a great step in diplomacy in a region that has seen nothing but war in the past 3 decades.

I placed two links. The first states that NBC discovered the secret deals. The second states what you are echoing back to me. Did you miss the first, NBC link?

Sorry friend...but there is a deal. Obama, Kerry and most of the left don't care if it is a good deal. They just want a deal so Obama can call it his legacy. When terrorists get a nuke, Israel is wiped out, etc...Obama legacy will be sealed for what it really is. Aiding and abetting the biggest mass murder in history.

So you want increasing sanction that never end. Forcing Iran to further pull away from western nations and increasing the chance of war in the middle east? 1 nuke will not wipe any nation off the map unless its the vatican or some of the other very small nations. Any nuke used by any nation against another will be met with total destruction. Everyone knows Isreal has nukes that includes Iran. Maybe just maybe Isreal using nukes as a deterrent is pushing all these middle east nations to want them as well and not Iran's nuke power and research programs.

And I don't care about some no name that may have said something.

I love this type of response. It's the same nonsense used time and time again by people who oppose this deal. "Iran is getting the bomb, that's what this deal will bring". Same old fantasy based in no facts. Keep living the dream...

So, when Iran and Israel start duking it out - who do we defend?

The “ObamaDeal” explicitly states that the United States and the other P5+1 powers can help Iran deflect and even “respond” to sabotage and nuclear threats to its nuclear sites.

The first thing Israel is going to do is knock out Iran's power.

Really? Then please answer my previous question. Exactly what in this deal is good for America?

Why should America get anything out of it? We are not located in the ME and Iran hasn't the ability to attack us. Then again we did get something out of it now we have no reason to get our people killed fighting yet another useless war.

We defend no one. Let them fight their own battles.

Let the other nations deal with it. There is no need for Americas to always get involved when others can do the dirty work.

The first thing Israel is going to do is knock out Iran's power.

Israel won't do anything. The Israeli military leaders have told Benny flat out they cannot handle Iran on their own why do you think Benny has spent decades trying to get America to fight Iran for Israel.

So lets recap.. You are adamant that the US stay out of things if Israel and Iran start going at it yet you are ok with nations getting involved to help Iran against Israel, with the exception of the US?

don't look now but your bias is showing..

The issue with Iran has nothing to do with WMD. Its all about USD and the petrodollar. Iran has the ability to extract oil and sell it at a costs that only Saudi Arabia today can achieve. So US forced an economic block on Iran so Iran couldn't build the refineries to undersell the US petrodollar. When Iran started to make deals with India and brazil to construct refineries, US had to go back to the bargaining table and try get Iran to support the petro-dollar (sell oil in USD). Whether US has achieved that goal is questionable, what isn't, is the imminent collapse of US petrodollar and future of reserve currency (USD). Its on the nose everywhere, its climb today, perhaps its last hoora, before it collapses into hyperinflation.
