Please, enlighten us on how this deal would give Iran the nuke as opposed to no deal?

Except you didn't... you linked something that we don't know the details of.
Not saying the deal isn't there, just the details are not really known since they are confidential.
Countries have secrets, we wouldn't give up ours but we think others should give up theirs?
My thoughts are that this deal was better was a great step in diplomacy in a region that has seen nothing but war in the past 3 decades.

Iran has to agree to let the IAEA inspect nuclear sites or there is no deal and we are back at square one, sanctions and all. Parchin is not a nuclear site. It houses no nuclear material or a nuclear reactor.

Really? Then please answer my previous question. Exactly what in this deal is good for America?
So, when Iran and Israel start duking it out - who do we defend?
The “ObamaDeal” explicitly states that the United States and the other P5+1 powers can help Iran deflect and even “respond” to sabotage and nuclear threats to its nuclear sites.
The first thing Israel is going to do is knock out Iran's power.

Diplomacy is better than war 99% of the time.
The Lindsay Graham style rhetoric is a danger to Earth 100% of the time.
We shall see how it pans out.
I have high hopes.
