What exactly is a faggot? The word has a whole different meaning in the US. In the pic it looks almost like Salisbury steak.

Oh in real life farmfood faggots do not look anything like those.
It does look like crap on a plate tbh.

en.wikipedia.org...(food)

I think up north in the UK has different foods and tastes like dripping or mucky fat as we call it around here.

Gonna try to make some meatloaf.

Faggots are actually more like minced meat and offal, big meatballs wrapped in caul which is the fatty lining of an animals stomach.

The similarity is not all that close in truth as faggots are less dense but the oppertunity for misinterpretation was too good to miss.

They taste better than they sound as well.

That sound good. I doubt if they sell it in the US though.

I sent you an easy recipe on U2U. It's pretty good.

I like tofu as the alternative, of course, doesn't work with all recipes.

One source

The most common vegan subs for eggs:
vinegar and baking soda
ground flaxseed whipped into water
ripe banana, mashed
applesauce
silken tofu
Ener-G egg replacer, or another similar brand
mashed potatoes with a pinch of tumeric

There's a product called vegg- see here that looks promising. (I eat eggs so haven't tried it)

Try the "Gimmie Lean" fake sausage available at a most any grocery store.

a reply to: karmicecstasy thank you, before when I would make meatloaf, it was ground beef and sausage, then I went to turkey and sausage. If I start to feel like eating animal protein again, I'm going to give this recipe a try. It is a leaner version that I appreciate, as I am trying to shed excess weight.
