The headline says. "Clinton Camp Says One-Fifth of Delegates Secured for Nomination."
I reckon that leaves four-fifths up for grabs.
No need to read any further in this ludicrously titled and smelly thread.
Yeah, if you only comment on headlines and titles...move along.
The Clinton camp’s claim to more than 440 delegates means she’s already wrapped up the support of more than 60 percent of the approximately 713 superdelegates who, under party rules, are among those who cast votes for the nomination, along with delegates selected by rank-and-file voters in primaries and caucuses beginning next February.

Let's put it this way. . .
If it was a Trump vs Hillary contest, who'd vote for Hillary?

This is how corrupt politicians get elected.
You can have an honest conservative and a corrupt leftist, but those on the left will take corruption before honesty simply because i=of ideological differences.
This is how Hillary will get elected.
People may think she's evil, a liar, and distrustful. . . . but she'd be better than an honest republican!
EEK!

Clinton is all of the things you described, but has experience and can be reasonably expected to represent us globally with at least a bit of respect.

It's much more complicated than that.
First of all, Trump is not a conservative. There is not one conservative on the Republican ticket. Paul comes close, but his integrity was shot when he endorsed Romney over his father. If there was a real conservative on the ticket, I'd be inclined to vote for them.
Second, if congress is still controlled by the GOP I'd rather have someone in the White House to act as a check and balance. Trump with a GOP congress is a recipe for disaster. You've said yourself that a congress that does noting is better than a congress that continues to erode freedoms and trash the country.
Third, Trump is no beacon of truth and integrity. To even imply that is ridiculous. He's nothing more than a greasy used car salesmen that decided he had enough money and name recognition to play politics.
People may think she's evil, a liar, and distrustful. . . . but she'd be better than an honest republican!
In this case, yes. The biggest thing that worries me about Trump is foreign relations. Clinton is all of the things you described, but has experience and can be reasonably expected to represent us globally with at least a bit of respect. We can expect Trump to shout-down at people, make demands and be rude.
That is not the kind of person we need to lead the nation with all of the global complexities of US foreign relations, and is at the helm of the largest military on the face of the Earth.

A choice between an honest person and a corrupt person should be an easy decision.
But when it comes to politics, most will vote for the corrupt person over an honest person simply on ideology.
And we wonder why the US is such a train wreck.

Agreed. Still better than handing over the keys to the playground bully that knows nothing.
