It's easy to give a dollar from the hand when one has billions in the pocket.

A flat rate 25% to all levels makes sense. To a rich person, who got there by clinging to every penny, it will hurt just as much as those eating mac and cheese every night. Add a flat 10% sales tax on everything sold.

Or a flat 30% tax on everything sold, including necessities. Include it in every price. No surprises.

Any percentage is fair to everyone who loses that much. Don't let anyone tell you different. Tax is unfair either way but hey.

BS, It is obvious to see that he has AMPLE support amongst his peers...

Even they are sick of the current march towards nothingness.

He has challenged many to try something different, to do things at least somewhat differently, and even the most skeptical of us are starting to crack a smile.

At the very least it will give some ACTION, and to be clear, we know the POTUS is a puppet, it is just a BETTER PUPPET.

Why not give this PUPPET a chance at dancing around, got anything else better to do ??

Apparently you don't really know him. He's corrupt and morally bankrupt.

A corrupt person will never clean up a corrupt government.

You know him ??

Umm, plenty of corrupt people have cleaned up corrupt things, albeit for various reasons.

It seems most of you have no idea what he is talking about, CHANGING THE CORRUPTION to something that actually makes sense for the RICH IN AMERICA.

Not the ones who are from WHEREVER.

It is a fun game for him, let him try it and amazingly a lot of things WILL get better just by default.

How hard is it too see this ???

right and let me guess. He's gonna be the one...the one political figure that promises and delivers all! HE is gonna be the one that NEVER lies!

Bull crap...he's narcissistic and changes himself and his stand a lot. Just because he is about to release a written tax plan doesn't mean he will follow it once he gets the white house. Remember No New Taxes? Remember...ah heck...pick a President...liberal OR conservative....look at the promises and the delivery. Yes...my side is just as guilty

He is no different.

You see Trump as a conservative republican can raise taxes on the rich, as it took Nixon a conservative to go to China

Begin a conservative in Israel to make peace with the Egyptians

Now Hillary couldn’t raise taxes on the rich because the GOP would not pass the bill

Trump JUST MIGHT make a decent president

Then again HE MIGHT NOT

If he is lying like Obama did and most other politicians

You don't need to know a narcissist personally to "know" them. They all share the exact same set of traits -- if you know one very well, you know them all.

You may have had an encounter with one, but I guess you haven't had actual real-life experiences with them (raised by one, married to one, roommates, employer/manager, etc) because if you did, you would know exactly what I am talking about and would recognize his narcissism. Your posts on this thread would reflect that.

I only live 10-15-minutes from Trump and for the past 30 yrs not more than a month went by where he wouldn't make an appearance on the local news that wasn't aired nationally. IMO, he tells lies skillfully blended in with lots of truth so the lies are believable and hard to detect. He's also inconsistent -- again, part of the disorder.

Whatever he screws up (and he will) he will not take any responsibility for it -- again, part of the disorder. He will blame it on the enemy and then find a fall guy or a scapegoat, unless he is cornered and advised to issue a public apology... to name one of many unacceptable, appalling behaviors. I think he's likely to get us into a war, and of course take no responsibility for his stupidity and actions, as he's so arrogant he thinks he knows what he doesn't know.

I had warned people whom I knew were going to vote for Obama and they didn't believe me, that he is a sociopath. Sometimes, if you know the person is a sociopath or a narcissist, really that's all you need to know. You don't need to know them personally. IMO, Trump has all 7 narcissistic traits -- that's good enough for me. He won't get my vote.

So, is there a Republican contender out there who *does not* promise to simplify the tax code?

Taxation is already very simple. If its yours, they want to take it without your permission, and most Americans support that idea of taking other people's money without their consent as if it were not obviously extortion, theft, and/or slavery by simply renaming the process "taxation" as if it were somehow any different from any other form of mafia protection racket.

I don't think Trump is a "radical" Republican like so many in the Establishment are trying to paint him as. He might have a very hard stance against illegal immigration, but he does have some liberal and centrist ideas. He kinda reminds me of the "far" right parties and politicians quickly gaining popularity in Europe. Many of them combine anti-immigration ideas with protectionist economic measures and social welfare policies.

LOL Ok, I'm convinced now. He's gotta be looking for a huge payoff to drop out of the race. I think maybe even he's surprised that people are still taking him seriously for the Repub nomination. There's no way Sheldon Adelson, Foster Friess and the Kochs are going along with this plan. This tax plan has some points which are very similar to what I'd put into place. And I'm a real socialist! LOL

This is actually pretty fascinating though. I knew that billionaires play a game of high stakes competition between themselves. But Trump is doing it in public now. And the Koch-back candidates haven't been able to put a dent in his campaign.

Man, I'd love to be a fly on the wall when they finally hammer out a compromise behind closed doors.

Business owner here as well. If he means what he says, it'll do more to boost the economy than anything I can imagine. You people want a "strong economy"? Well, make it easier for me to run my business then.

It's almost a joke these days. Everyone calls every candidate a nazi, or compares to Hitler, Democrat and Republican a like...but in Trumps case...yeah.

And you believe this stuff?

It never fails to amaze me, how dense some people can be. Every 4-8 years its the same thing, one half of America hates the current president, so a candidate comes along and whispers sweet nothings into their ears, unrustling their jimmies, and once that guy wins, we're right back into the same mess, the guy you thought was your savior turns out to be the representative of the same machine that works day and night to rape this country and its people.

Trump is a business man, what makes you think he's not going to turn this nation into a bonafide corporation, cutting deals with other magnates, making this country work in favor of the corporations and banks that have so mercilessly exploited our people?

This man is basically the rich, old, white obama that conservatives have been waiting for, and just like obama voters, trump voters will be left in a wake of despair, anger, confusion, and hatred.

Our system does NOT, has NOT and WILL NOT work in the favor of 'we the people'. It will remain this way until we revolutionize it, and take people like trump out of the control room of this machine.

He will only change things that favor him and his business elite friends...
