Especially Carson, he has an amazing life story im sure will resonate with that community

Yeah, but why doesn't he ever open his eyes all the way? Seems sketchy.

But alas I dunno, too early to tell

I know one thing, Trump doesnt help anyone but Hillary

Yeah, he's not helping ANYONE..... except himself....

because he's rich! and great! and nice! and militaristic! and Rich! and Nice!!! And great, too.

Just watching the news, Trump and Carson are leading in the polls for republicans.

I guess dems and GOP'rs are getting nervous that a non-politician may become president.

Can't say I'm totally against the idea, frankly.

LoL I dont think Carson is sketchy reall, Hes just not a career politician , I think hes getting use to this speaking thing you know and kind of being put on the spot for things

If I was to guess? Id say part of his problem (not really a problem) is that hes really analytical and I think that really shows on his face, you can see he tries to be measured with his words and what he says...

In the past hes said some things he had to go back on and clarify , I think he will do better as time progresses tho

I dunno, he might not be presidential enough, but I like Ben, he seems to be a very genuine guy

You forgot how he railed against China and Mexico, and boycotted Nabsico for moving their operations to Mexico

Yet his clothing line is made in China, HAHAHAHA oh so hypocritical

his followers though are oblivious, it leaves me dumbfounded

Okay. I will look further into his platform.

I still feel like he's sketchy. But I totally concede that he has a "truly" American background and upbringing. Way to go, him!! From poverty to neurosurgeon is very impressive.

It's just the "God" part.....it just rattles me. Can we (citizens of the USA) just have someone who has succeeded in the world who wasn't either a silver-spoon baby (Trump), or a dirt-floor baby (Carson)? Someone who is not a Bible Thumper?
Please?

Maybe we can't. I don't know.

LOL!!!! I know...right?!! In one of his first rallies he was bragging about how he "just sold a Manhattan apartment to a guy from China for 16 million dollars!" and how he's "rich!" (Trump, that is) And then he said something about no more TPP, because we need jobs (correct), but NOW he's saying that China and Japan are AWESOME, and the USA sucks! and ! and !

gag....

So right on that, the guy is a complete walking contradiction.

half the time when he speaks its like word soup, hes not even really making sense hes just saying words.

I was listening to something he said the other day and i remember thinking "Did this guy just stroke out in the middle of his answer?"

Its amazing to see everything hes talking about and how he completely does the opposite in his own life, started with his whole "DC is corrupt, but I buy politicians" schtick......

You know when a subject or a person has people from BOTH sides of the isle, like us going "Seriously wtf is with this guy"

Something is genuinely amiss lol

Does it matter? The point is that I've seen what happens when someone runs and wins from outside the establishment system. Even their own party doesn't like them.

Of course and its true, I know this because he says so, every chance he gets

The only thing that hes done that I actually liked, was when he had that guy from Univision escorted out for speaking out of turn.......

But even then the arrogance at how he did it erks me, do people really want a president who thinks hes always right? To me hes like Obama but with less class, demeanor and decorum, I think given the power he could be far more oppressive then any president weve ever had

Even when he had that guy escorted it out, people need to listen to the small stuff, what he say "Go back to Univision" then later on when he let him back in, he says, I dont even know who that guy is lol

yes you do, but your tactic is to demean, and bully, and invalidate,

I dont want that guy leading our country

Sorry had to rant lol thanks for bearing with me

Your idea of the point is different from/to mine (surprise, surprise!!)
I want to know: Are you just shooting down the idea that ANYONE who is NOT Bush or Clinton or Biden or Trump could win?

Those are our only choices?
That's what it sounds like to me.
Just saying

Don't underestimate educated people.

The GOP needs to die.

Very brave comment, in today's world. Could be perceived as a threat against party members.

You're thinking waayyyy to overcautiously if you believe he has even the slightest worry. Are the GOP police going to put out an apb that someone on and Internet forum said that their political party needs to die?

I see where you were going with it obviously but I think there might have been a good mix of paranoia and overthinking going on there.

If I had said that everyone in the GOP needed to die, then I'd be either insane or a progressive or work for MSNBC.

but then again, I'm being redundant.

Isn't it likely that the person who accepts Donald Trump's offer of being his running mate would have to have a thick skin, and be an obedient submissive? I can't see Carly or Ben in this role. Perhaps ole Jeb?
