Who cares? If I wanted one, I would never buy one from wally-world. They're only popular because certain Democrats want to ban them.

Do you have to just pull the trigger again? That's it? You don;t have to pull a cock down or any thing? Must be a vast difference. /sarc

No, Reldra, no cocks get pulled or anything.

I would hope not lol.
That so did not sound right.

DPMS has an AR "platform".
Which most likely consists of parts from several different companies, thrown together....then a DPMS logo is stamped on the piece of doodoo.
A lot of other companies do the same.
You may be surprised who does this.
Very few are 'in house' builds.

PS. F#€k Walmart

I've seen a lot of bickering back and forth on the definition of "automatic" and "semi automatic". Let's clear that up.
Automatic:

Semi auto:

Okay, now that that's settled, let me show you the difference between a clip and a magazine.

Clip:

Magazine:

Please, please, if you don't know what you're talking about, ask.

Any questions?

On topic: I don't really care what Walmart does. I can find better elsewhere.

Anyone who decides to buy something that fires projectiles, whether it be pellets, paintballs, led ect, should do their homework before purchasing and/or running their lip.

I've heard good things about Panther's quality. I've been out of the rifle game since 1970.

I was trained on 30 cals/7.62 NATO and would have preferred an AR-!0. Twice the cost so went with the lil' gun....

My friend shot his caribou with an AR-15, worked great. Now he has meat to eat all winter long.

definition: semi-automatic pistols / rifles are those which fire the round in the chamber, extract it, eject it, and load a new round into the chamber (if one is available in the magazine), each time the trigger is pulled. Most semi-autos will also cock the gun at the same time, but some semi-auto pistols do not.

definition: automatic pistols / rifles are those which fire the round in the chamber, extract it, eject it, and load a new round into the chamber (if one is available in the magazine) until the trigger is released. so long as the selector is in automatic, or burst position.

Good deal! Caribou is good!

My buddy has an AR 15. He hunts deer with it. I wouldn't mind having one for hunting.

Exactly! Mom & Pop gun stores will again be able to do business without big bad Walmart undercutting their prices and driving them out of business. Good for the economy.

that right there is one way to look at it.
