One weird weather balloon? ("Humanoid UFO") Aug 9 2015 footage

My first impression is either a balloon, or a group of balloons attached to a blinking object of some sort.

Not asserting that's all it is, but that is my first honest impression of it.

I don't believe it's a hoax. While it comes off as astronaut looking or even a balloon such as the Michelin man, it maybe more so balloons connected or the like that come across as humanoid shape. Or something else that is unexplained. The glow seems to have just be the camera/s filming it.

I just learned about this and it's a good find to be sure. I'm not sure if this is an example of a holographic projection technology, or what. The shadows on it are interesting. Looking at the image on the first video (before playing,) the frame on the right displays shadow over its back. Not sure where that shadow could be cast from.

This should go without saying, but obviously it doesn't look like the Michelin man balloon (the head, body and posture are wrong.) Also, it shape-shifts.
