They probably would have been at home at the time and if they did happen to see it, wouldn't it be the parents to discuss it with them?

What you said and the fact that it is blowing up all over Facebook, Twitter, etc. locally. The video is making the rounds like wildfire then schools are locked down...

They are just making counsellors available to the students who feel like they need it. Nobody will be forced to take part.

So it looks as though it was a disgruntled employee, I think we can therefore put this down to being yet another lunatic with a gun who lost his mind and all sense of perspective.

Chances are if they know that then they will be probably chasing him by now. They need to make sure he doesn't have the opportunity to pull over and take anyone hostage.

Hopefully they'll catch him alive, but I have a feeling he's probably going to put a bullet in his own skull before they do that.

Police think the shooting suspect headed north on I-81 and is in Staunton near I-64. Here is the alert:

This was a local reporter reporting on tourism. Thank God this wasn't middle of the day on Saturday or Sunday or there would have been a lot more fatalities. WDBJ7 is my local news source and my heart is breaking for the reporters, staff and loved ones of these two young people. Reports are that the gunman is being chased on I81. I doubt they take him alive. Please pray for our community and everyone who loved the people that were killed. Always leave the people you love with a kind word because you just never know.

Sure looks like the guy and they said he was a light skinned black guy kinda heavy.....fits the description.
