Intuitively, I have been sensing these boundary changes also.

I have intuited and would have given a larger area of water in the middle of North America, and taken less off the Pacific Coast.

But, I believe this sort of re-arrangement is what is coming, given the increasing frequency of slamming near-earth bodies and their effects on volcanic vents 500-800 km deep--which is to say--whammo!

Interesting theory -

But it does not take into account the relative stability over hundreds of millions of years of the Tectonic Plates (map). While there has been slow and gradual movement from the days of Pangea with interspersed relatively fast (150 million years) actions such as the movement north of the India Plate, movements such as Mr. Scallion proclaims would be extremely unusual, kind of like winning the Lottery Jackpot for every week for a year.

We've got to be careful whom we believe.

Those who identify with tectonic plate theories tend to spout an anti-catastrophistic viewpoint.

Yet we know from history that Sodom, Gomorrah and Pompeii all disappeared in a flash. There are historical accounts of astronomical disturbances (sun standing still for 3 days), and there is geological evidence of huge flood experiences that make last week's tsunami look like a mud-puddle.

Scientists presume to tell us, there is NO Intelligent intervention in our planet's physical evolution. That thesis may or may not be correct.

Interesting place, Earth; but not a safe place to live anymore.
