The fact they are saying stop resisting to incriminate the guy while the video clearly shows him not resisting is enough to win a case against them both. Cops think they can get away with a lot until they run into a person who's lawyered up and then suddenly they realize just how many right and leverage citizens actually have against the police.

Did some research, it seems all the $700+ ones are just re-branded ones from the same manufacturer in China, so you can basically get the exact same thing direct from the factory in China for a LOT less.

Ah, gotta love capitalism. But em' in bulk from China, slap on a logo, put it in a fancier box...profit.
