Well, one thing seems to be sure, that by the next tuesday we are going to know if the election results are already contested or if everything remains
as it is right now.
If she is to challenge the results, Clinton will have to do so soon. As Sherman notes in his piece, “the deadline in Wisconsin to file
for a recount is Friday; in Pennsylvania, it’s Monday; and Michigan is next Wednesday.”

One clear indicator that Trump suspects that Clinton can change her mind under all the pressure of the so negative outcome for the democratic party,
is his comments in the last 24 hours in which he is , in the middle of all the work that represents a transition process, taking time to underline
that he is changing his Campaign decision of to prosecute her for the emailsgate for to offer to close the case.
Trump: “I don’t want to hurt the Clintons, I really don’t,” Mr. Trump said during the interview. “She went through a lot and suffered
greatly in many different ways, and I am not looking to hurt them at all. The campaign was vicious.”
It is a very smart move this look like a gift for good behavior he is clearly offering her , if she stands on the concession, but in a subtle way is
also a menace, he is showing her the rope just to warn her of what will happen if she commits any stupidity.

We are witnessing how a political agreement is being negotiated but also although it looked solid as rock a week ago is in clear risk to be broken by
both parts, anything could happen, especially considering that the election represents a huge danger for many sectors that were backing her, there are
a lot of powerful economic interests in game, without mentioning the so high social price that minorities can pay if Trump rules accomplishing the
proposals he mentioned in his campaign.
Obviously the most logical move for Clinton best interests, the only one that can save her neck of to be indicted and charged is to contest the
election results, any lawyer can see that, and happen to be that she is an attorney at law. That is the reason for which Trumps needs to distract her
attention with an apparent pardon from his side, especially in the next 72 hours that are crucial to request any recounting claim.
Now, technically it is not needed her approval to request the recounting of votes, any citizen can file the request, it is a right and can be used by
whoever suspects that something was wrong and deserve to be clarified, that is the aspect over which Trump does not have control in this game.
In a similar way anybody in the Congress can initiate anytime at future a new investigation against the Clintons, it is not necessarily something that
must be pushed by D. Trump, that is another aspect over which also neither Hillary nor Donald have any control at all.
Representative Jason Chaffetz, a Utah Republican who leads the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, said last week on Fox News that
his committee would continue to investigate the matter as well because “we’ve got to get to the truth.”
I feel it is unlikely that a well known Anti Pardon President as it is Mr Barack Obama will break his personal policies and principles to risk himself
politically by giving before to depart the white house a full Presidential Pardon to Hillary. Such a decision could be used later to accuse him of
obstruction of Justice by a Congress dominated by Republicans, as well as, a Supreme court that will be controlled by Conservatives soon.
