In addition to the court ruling in favor of the Center for Medical Progress' First Amendment right to release undercover videos, by rescinding the judge's order preventing CPM from releasing any more videos,... a brief new video was also just released.

The video is only 2 minutes long, so there is really no excuse for those wishing to comment, not to invest the time to view it.
At the 1:25 point in this new, video we see Cate Dyer, the CEO of Stem Express and watch her laughing and cackling as she makes her own little joke about shipping whole aborted baby bodies. It's all just so hilarious...by her own crass, insensitive and repugnant thinking.
Personally, I find little room for humor when talking about shipping the bodies of murdered babies. Ms. Dyer CEO of Stem Express, however, obviously thinks it's funny as hell.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Joanne O'Donnell ruled on Friday afternoon the Center for Medical Progress has First Amendment rights to release videos it covertly took of StemExpress executives talking about buying aborted baby tissue from Planed Parenthood.

Almost immediately afterwards, CMP released a new video that among other thing showed the StemExpress CEO Joking about receiving entire dead babies from Planned Parenthood (over lunch).

This latest video is only two minutes long and is more of a trailer of things to come. Most of its content was made up of bits and pieces of previous videos. The one new section featured Cate Dyer, the CEO of StemExpress in a lunch meeting with undercover operatives posing as representatives of a biotech firm. Dyer is seen laughing about how StemExpress purchases fully intact aborted babies from Planned Parenthood. As she paid the check, Dyer is laughing about how shippers of the aborted babies should give a warning to lab workers to expect such a whole (intact) baby.

“Oh yeah, if you have intact cases — which we’ve done a lot — we sometimes ship those back to our lab in its entirety,” she says.

“Tell the lab its coming,” she laughs about the intact unborn babies. “They don’t want to open the box and go ‘Oh my God!'” Dyer adds.

Once the CMP videos began to be released, StemExpress realized a lunch they had back in May was probably an undercover sting, so they sued to preemptively block those videos from being seen.

Judge O'Donnell issued a restraining order barring CMP from releasing any videos showing current or former Stem Express employees, at the end of July - then rescinded the order today.

Sounds like homicide cops that are used to and desensitized to their daily surroundings.

PATIENT RECORDS DOCTOR'S INSULTS DURING SURGERY, WINS $500,000 LAWSUIT

If people knew how professionals talk about their clients, patients, etc., everyday, they'd never go outside!

People need to get a thicker skin.

Odd point...but, Sure...Too bad the aborted baby can't sue the CEO of Stem Express for joking about it while it's dead.

Herky Jerky is the thought for the day.

Maybe this is one reason why StemX dropped PP like a hot potato (or is it potatoe)

I smell lawsuits.

Comparing Stem Express' CEO to a frat boy?
Sure, I can see that. A CEO jokes about a shipping crate of intact murdered baby bodies...and a frat boy sneaks a cadaver into a woman's shower.
I agree with you...BOTH are total jackholes.

Hmmm.

Still no evidence of wrongdoing, law breaking, or anything else.

Wow, these things are getting boring and repetitive.

You guys better do something quick; the American attention span ain't what it used to be.

This is going to fade back into the non-issue that it was.

Yeah. Exactly. It's the one woman's comments that have you so upset, right? So what? People in every industry make repugnant jokes about their business, their clients, co-workers, bosses, etc.

It has nothing to do with the quality of their products or the wonders of stem cell cell therapies and continued research.

Naah ... I don't think any of the guys (and of course Ms. Fiorina) in the Republican Clown Car are going to make any bank off this.

You guys had your 15 minutes.

Back to the drawing board, or cutting board, or just plain bored.

Why did you cut the quote off mid sentence?

(a) Purchase of tissue
It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly
acquire, receive, or otherwise transfer any
human fetal tissue for valuable consideration if
the transfer affects interstate commerce.

Kinda changes the meaning, doesn't it?
You really should present the rest of the law, just to be intellectually honest.

(b) Solicitation or acceptance of tissue as directed
donation for use in transplantation
It shall be unlawful for any person to solicit or
knowingly acquire, receive, or accept a donation
of human fetal tissue for the purpose of transplantation
of such tissue into another person
if
the donation affects interstate commerce, the
tissue will be or is obtained pursuant to an induced
abortion, and—
(1) the donation will be or is made pursuant
to a promise to the donating individual that
the donated tissue will be transplanted into a
recipient specified by such individual;
(2) the donated tissue will be transplanted
into a relative of the donating individual; or
(3) the person who solicits or knowingly acquires,
receives, or accepts the donation has
provided valuable consideration for the costs
associated with such abortion.
(c) Solicitation or acceptance of tissue from fetuses
gestated for research purposes
It shall be unlawful for any person or entity
involved or engaged in interstate commerce to—
(1) solicit or knowingly acquire, receive, or
accept a donation of human fetal tissue knowing
that a human pregnancy was deliberately
initiated to provide such tissue;
or
(2) knowingly acquire, receive, or accept tissue
or cells obtained from a human embryo or
fetus that was gestated in the uterus of a
nonhuman animal.

Any criminal proceedings will be determined after lengthy investigations.

All investigations so far have been very short and have come to conclusions without knowing all the possible facts.

I bet they find interstate cash transactions and wire fraud.

I also love the surprise in the tittle, really playing on words even if it was already posted here that the videos where ok to try to use to sue PP even if they havent done anything illegal.
