Having it and using it is no crime as long as it hurts no one else.

Killing non combatants and collateral damage is a war crime.

What if he is suicidal / homicidal?

How do you track him down and stop him?

It seems as if you don't have the capacity to prevent a WMD attack. I'm also curious about 'war crime' in the context of AC.

There wouldn't be any nuclear weapons in AC.

Socialism made total war and nukes.

A person with a nuke could use it for geothermal mining or a mass mutation experiment or something.

You don't get to start with a clean slate.

There are thousands of nukes sitting around all over the planet. How do you deal with a madman who acquires one under AC?

Any use of a nuclear weapon releases radioactive waste into the atmosphere. That harms the entire global ecosystem.

Killing non combatants and collateral damage is a war crime.

No, they're not. Deliberately targeting civilians is a war crime; causing collateral damage is inevitable, so it is not considered a war crime. Or do you intend to impose your own views on others through coercion?

"causing collateral damage is inevitable, so it is not considered a war crime" -- DJW001

That is an example of how the whole system is warped to the Left. What is the difference between throwing 500 babies onto a fire, and firebombing 500 babies? None from the baby's point of view.

Total War requires a centralized economy and centralized State.

Total War is Progressive/Collectivist/Socialist.

Self defense is allowed in AC.

You are ignoring the genesis of the problem. Socialism made the nukes. Socialists are war criminals.

This question is and has been very simple to answer.

The terms right and left in regards to politics are well-defined.

Right means government exists to control people.

Left means government exists to serve people.

Is the fascism we discussed (German Nazism, Italian Fascism) more controlling or more serving?

The answer, clearly, is that fascism is more controlling.

Fascism, as has been clearly understood for 85 years, is about extreme government control.

If we are going to topple incorrect applications from history, a much better argument can be made that Soviet Communism is right-wing.

Any system that focuses more on government control than government service is more right than left.

So, as long as I didn't actually fabricate the gun, I'm not responsible for what I do with it?

Good to know.

Left means the State has enough power to ensure equality.

Right means the State has no power.

Fascism is on the Left.

Politically "Right" has never, in any context meant that "the state has no power." That is anarchy.

Right has always meant, from the inception of the term until today, government control.

Fascism is on the right.

Wrong again. Words have definitions. You are not using them properly. You seem to think that everyone but you is wrong, and that you alone know how to create the perfect society. What do you call the system where one person imposes his or her will on society? I'll give you a hint: it's on the right end of the spectrum.

Alistair Crowley once said that inside every anarchist there is a frustrated absolute monarch.

There is a difference between the State and government.

Every society has government. A State is a professional political institution with a monopoly on the use of force.

Historical Anarchy is always in a context of sudden change.

Long term Anarchy comes about by constant lessening of State power to zero. Similar to the way technology has replaced skins for clothes and rocks for tools.

I don't care about the genesis of the problem. Nukes were invented. That genie is out of the bottle.

If you are seriously trying to convince people to adopt a socioeconomic structure, then you need to do a better job of selling that product.

How do you deal with the reality that there are thousands of nukes? How do you deal with the lone madman?

My absolute favorite thus far was that just because there are rules and people to enforce them doesn't mean there is "government." Just because there is "government" doesn't mean there is a State.

One wonders where States come from?

Another notable idea: "don't do the crime if you can't do the time."

Reveling in laws and punishment is right wing not left.

We are bashing our heads against a wall.

So now you want to carefully analyze word meanings???

LOL.

There is no "monopoly on the use of force" in the United STATES; one wonders, are you saying that the various levels of government in the United STATES are not true "states" then in your definition?

I keep forgetting you make up the meanings of words as you go along to suit your argument.

How is that even possible?

The Left turned Liberal (meaning Laissez-Faire) into Liberal (meaning totalitarianism).

Lefty words are all bent and propagandistic.

Only States can make and maintain nukes. We should get rid of States before the next thing they make.

A lone madman with a nuke is so improbable as to be childish to invoke.

Godzilla is more likely to happen.

But if it did, and you don't know what would happen, ... you need introductory thinking classes.

Useful idiots Lenin

Just another one of those things that need to be for AC to work. You can try and just wish it away but it isn't going to happen.

Pointing out all the downfalls of government isn't going to make them go away either.

States are only 500 years old or so. States began as a consolidation of lethal oligarchical power paid for by new taxes, such as tariffs and income taxes and State assigned monopolies, such as the East India Company.

Government without the State is normal human social conformity, which is the natural cause of 99.999...% of the social behavior today.
