I'm sorry for Leonardo, but I like this version a lot more than the famous Italian version. Everybody at the table is looking to each other, except
for Judas, he seems to be looking at you and showing what it seems to be the bag with the bribe. Some people suggested that Judas face is actually
Francisco Pizarro, the Conquistador.
But that's not all, if you take a look at the table you won't see just bread and wine, no sir. There is a delicious "cuy" (guinea pig), one of the
most traditional foods in the area. According to others, it could be a "vizcacha" (another andean rodent). I think is a cuy if you ask me.
Not a hoax as far as I know and before someone makes a wrong conclusion, I'm Christian. The painter was Marcos Zapata. Time to check the rest of his
work, maybe a Zapata's Code.
