Oh really? Russia has a Christian majority as does the US. So why can't they get along?

1. How do I prove a negative? Here's the Qur'an. Quran Now find where "gender separation" exists in it.

2. In 4:93 of the Qur'an, ironically named An-Nisā' (meaning "The Women"), the Qur'an explicitly states that anyone who intentionally kills another Muslim goes to Hell. So whatever examples you're claiming to have seen happened in spite of the Qur'an's teachings, not because of them.

4:93. Whoso slayeth a believer of set purpose, his reward is hell for ever. Allah is wroth against him and He hath cursed him and prepared for him an awful doom.

3. As for "following and defending a religion that kills gay people." Are you talking about Islam or Christianity? Because I distinctly remember Leviticus 20:13 saying homosexual men should be put to death.

4. As for "and puts women as less valuable then men". LOL The Qur'an is the first of the Holy Books that actually gives women the right to file a divorce and gives women the right to an inheritance. It also requires the former husband to make sure the ex-wife is taken care of financially until she remarries and requires the ex-husband to provide more aid if they have children upon divorce. Yes, it guarantees alimony & child support. The Old & New Testaments don't do either of these, so Islam actually treats women better than both Christianity & Judaism traditionally do.

Also, female Muslims are actually required to do everything male Muslims are required to do, like pray, fast during Ramadan, perform charity, go on Hajj, refrain from sin, seek & teach knowledge, etc. The things required and forbidden in the Qur'an apply to women just as much as they do to men. But you'd know that if you actually asked female Muslims this instead of whining about stuff you obviously don't know.

The reason it's a dumb quote is because he's assuming we need mosques "in order to like it" somewhere.

If the muslim population grows...it will no doubt try to build a mosque....as you yourself stated...your father is building one. I went and red up a bit on this situation in Slovakia...and that's exactly what happened. There have been attempts to build one...but was rejected on grounds that Islam is not a state recognized religion in Slovakia. Apparently there is something like 5000 muslims there...and Slovakian law states that there needs to be at least 20 000 followers to be recognized by state.

We can & will pray anywhere. I've prayed in cars during work breaks, prayed on floors, in chairs, in an airplane (oh noez!), and even on grass. Some cities' Eid prayers attract so many people that we've literally had to pray in the parking lot lol.

I know you will...that's what's wrong with it in the first place. At least that's my sentiment about it.

However, I don't agree with "every man's right to set rules in his own house". And I doubt you do either. Otherwise, you'd agree that pedophiles can have child porn & rape kids in their own houses; agree that men can allow slavery & murder in their own houses; agree that con men & identity thieves can continue their actions as long as it's done from their own houses, etc.

Now you are reaching...equating criminal behavior with a simple and valid desire to have my house the way I want it to be.
