You are right regarding the Germans. They have more to lose than we do with tariffs between us and the EU following us regaining our independence. The amount of German badged cars on our roads, I was on the motroway the other day and mentioned the fast lane to the misses referring to it as the "German Lane" due to the unbelievable amount of their cars using it.

We've still got our identity, it's just a matter of regaining control of our borders by ridding ourselves of the German controlled (along with their ethno religious guilt complex) EU disability. Out of the EU, build up our local manufacturing again (not reliant on Japs and Germans for investment) plus a proper militray to defend our borders and re establish our trade links with the Commonwealth countries.

Nah, we're okay, just need to be careful, and lawfully defend our international border as the UK is currently doing.
Muslims are only 5% of the UK population yet we notice their enclaves even with a figure so low.
The Slovakians are being sensible keeping it at less than 0.5% in their nation.

True. The UK could strike a decent deal on trade in the event of a 'leave EU' vote.
We could be the go to place for international companies wishing to have a base on the doorstep of the EU but without the bull.

...we can have the best of both worlds, low trade tariff agreements and absolute control over who gets past the border, EU nationals or otherwise.

100% agree with you .. but how to get away from Europe?
Tories are not sincere about leaving and Labour are committed to stay in European Union..

Meanwhile we have a "politically correct" system that is slowly strangling us.

It's not like they have much of a choice with their leaky border though.
Current UK policy is to defend our border, and most citizens agree so unlucky to those who hate it because until the 'public' agree, nothing is gonna change anytime soon.

Defend our border? Who's doing that then? Do you realise that net immigration is 250,000 plus and rising? It's actually gone UP since the Tories came to power, in case you think Labour weren't bad enough.

Germany might have a leaky border but ours isn't exactly hermetically sealed.

Yeah you're counting legal EU immigration, primarily from Eastern EU countries.
We need controls over that as well. Let's hope we vote out next year.

Probably because this is just another dumb example of xenophobia. Maybe if y'all came up with new arguments or new reasonings, it would elicit more responses.

The reason it's a dumb quote is because he's assuming we need mosques "in order to like it" somewhere.

When my family first moved to a small city here, there were only maybe 15 Muslims in the entire city (less than 300 black people in the county, but that's another story). Anyway, we prayed at home, held Friday prayers at a community member's home, and did the same for the Eid festivals. As the Muslim community grew, we'd do the same thing, but rent out places for the Eid festivals. (Most big cities in America still allow major municipal centers & the such to be rented out for such purposes). Now that city has a small mosque and my Dad & his partners are building a bigger mosque. This has occurred over a 25 year time period, give or take some yrs.

I've lived in many different places & seen similar situations everywhere. So the weird assumption that we have to have mosques in order to feel accepted is simply wrong. We can & will pray anywhere. I've prayed in cars during work breaks, prayed on floors, in chairs, in an airplane (oh noez!), and even on grass. Some cities' Eid prayers attract so many people that we've literally had to pray in the parking lot lol.

How about this for a reasoning...they just don't want Islam in THEIR country. I'm sure you support every man's right to set rules in his own house.

Roma Gypsies could have been easily fixed with the right relocation of resources and less corruption in Romania. If you put in a system where they are getting it better materially and education under the requirement that they keep out of trouble then they would not have to run all over Europe for money.

Don't let the similarity of names confuse you. "Roma Gypsies" are not Romanian or from Romania - though Romania does have quite a few living there. They are actually of Indian descent and their communities are spread out across Europe, though they have quite a significant representation in the Balkans. Romania's treatment of the Roma has little to no impact on them "running all over Europe", other than to possibly add a few more drops to the existing river.

The Slovaks are fierce and clear about who and what they are. Their historical suffering as a nation is not unlike the Hungarians. They didn't push the Russians out to be overrun by a sudden influx of migrants from God knows where.

In the Slovak press it is very clear that the Slovak's regard the Muslim migrants as Saudi Arabia and Qatar's problem. They have the money, vast tracks of lands, so let them take care of their coreligionists. Isn't that what the Muslims say they do for their own? Very pointed commentary.

It seems the Slovaks are most keenly aware of the way the Algerian and other African Muslim immigrants in France are out of control. Germany has become something unrecognisable with all of the immigrants. There are atrocious acts of violence in Spain committed by the African Muslim migrants against Spanish citizens and police. None of these are the sort of nation or culture they want for their children and the generations to come of their Slovak people.

It's worth pointing out that this is not unique to Islam. I believe it's still traditional in some of the Orthodox churches. It was also traditional in the Catholic church as well, many many years back, so the practice actually predates Islam.

Same goes for the Ultra-Orthodox Jews, too. They don't even want women at the Wailing Wall.

They congregate in a separate area and well, they don't let me in there so I have no clue what else they do lol.

And it's the same for "women's only" stores, bathrooms, swimming pools, etc. The women are the major supporters of these, for obvious reasons. Normally I'd let the Muslim sisters speak for themselves on these issues since they'd know better than me, but I don't know if ATS has any.

Oh really? Russia has a Christian majority as does the US. So why can't they get along? And the vast majority of Hispanic people & African Americans are Christians, too. So why can't America's Christian conservatives get along with them? I won't even get into detail about the different Christian vs Christian wars because they should be known to everyone.

I also take it you've never actually studied Buddhist politics, have you? Otherwise you'd know there have been plenty of Buddhist extremist groups in the past & even in the present.

As for Hindus. Do you really not know anything about the caste system and the Dalits (aka "untouchables)? Or India's history with the "Criminal Tribes Act", where entire Indian ethnic groups were considered criminal by law?

Also, how on Earth is someone supposed to "see the truth when it's cutting their heads off"? What does that even mean? I feel like I'm missing out on a bad joke or some obscure pop culture reference.
