Didn't say it's right. I said that's how we roll here. You see it everyday on this site. Everywhere for that matter

Are you serious, that's the American way, the gun manufactures, it's all democrats, it's all republicans, it's Christians, it's Muslims, it's the school system it's the rich, the poor. Anything happens we take any and everything with in sneezing distance and link and blame and group, and implement shared fault/responsibility for all.

Well sure....why would ANYONE take personal responsibility for their own actions these days when it is much easier to get money from corporate giants by blaming them for your own issues....

In July, 2015, Subway and Fogle mutually agreed to suspend their relationship due to the investigation, according to Subway.[15] Subway removed all references to Fogle from its website.[16] On August 18, 2015, Subway announced via Twitter that Jared no longer had a relationship with the company

He has no relationship with the company as of yesterday.....Today is his court hearing.....He is not affiliated with Subway as of his court date.

He took personal responsibility....

There is no criminal that is willing to blame their employer for their actions, especially with the argument being spewed this way on here!

You can apply that to about any problem in life. It's always someone else or something else at fault

Federal warrant was issued, his partner was found guilty, his family was not present at the time (report was he sent them away), confiscation of computers from his house.....

Yeah...pretty much a lucky guess. If it walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, I tend to say it's a duck....

I think the dude just clicked the wrong thread...

I don't know how you prove guilt when someone says they are guilty and accepts a plea prior to trial...Is that even possible?

Just because they say they are guilty and have admitted to guilt for doing illegal things does not mean they are guilty.

It just means they work in congress.

Press conference is live now.

5 year scheme beginning in 2011. Fogle learned the guy running his foundation was abusing a 14 year old girl and received pictures of it. His actions lead to the abuse of 12 minors. Two trips for sex with minors. He hasn't plead or been sentenced, only informed the U.S. Attorney and the court he intends to plead guilty.

How is someone who pleads guilty before trial NOT guilty?

Please don't bring another thread that I wasn't involved back into this one again!
