Thanks for posting this. i can't speak for every one of them, but most OSP Troopers are just like him and would not hesitate to do the same thing. He
fell back on his training, stayed in control and took the proper action. Just an awesome story start to finish.
The highway patrol exists and functions the way it does for a reason, and it's not to raise revenue for the state. It costs the state a hell of a lot
more to maintain the patrol that it could ever dream of making off of $150 traffic tickets. The goal is the reduction of crashes and criminal activity
of the highway, and the general safety of all motorists. Sorry for the mini rant.
