Quality of experience and accumulated military resource, (power/intellect utilizing) = probability of victory or defeat contrasted against competitors' same. Rational selfish motive to negotiate = lack of precise data on quoted quantities on neutral foreign military to promote necessity, highest odds of long/short term safety and pleasure off alliance or neutrality agreement.

I think their point is that God is some type of military general...and the X Factor is factored into the computer game, like on the show Deadliest Warrior.

He doesn't seem to mention what particular weapons are used.
