I've heard light can't escape, what about electricity? or the kind tesla talked about that moved faster than light

Electricity is the movement of electrons. So, nope.
Not once beyond the event horizon.

And Tesla was wrong. About a number of things, actually.

I think he means electric forces and not electricity, which by definition is the movement of electrons.

there are no black holes, so you don't have to think about what happens in this theoretical scenario.
