Not socialism, eh?

Tell that to the inner city parents who have kids trapped in failing socialized schools and can't get them into better ones because they either lack the funds or lack the address in a better district.

People often confuse socialism with communism.

Socialism does not indoctrinate, communism does.

Socialism puts people first before big business. Capitalism puts business first before people and communism puts neither first, preferring to rule over every aspect of people's lives with an iron fist.

By being socialist capitalist, we support freedom for business, but not at the expense of the average man on the street. Prosperity is good, but should be accessible to everyone, not just a few select greedy people who want to take much more than their fair share.

Venezuela: “We’re Scared To Go Into The Streets And Look For Food, The Crime Here Is Killing Us

Critics of Venezuela’s socialist administration staged a small protest against hunger and crime in Caracas Saturday as the South American country struggles to control violence in food lines.

The past week saw daily reports of looting in supermarkets and raids on food trucks. The country’s opposition coalition called for Saturday’s march after a man was killed and 60 were arrested amid the looting of several grocery stores in an industrial town.

There have been 56 episodes of looting and 76 looting attempts in the first half of 2015, according to the nonprofit Venezuelan Observatory of Social Conflict.

Ill rephrase, every purpose needs a sustainable, relevant and objective otherwise the meaning will not hold.
Logics: Import cheaper than waging war.
Illogical= Democracy and freedom, but they are ideals and its a selling point.

Never about the resources, will never be about the resources.

I think you may need to queue up with the masses for a real history lesson; paying particular attention to the study modules covering what drives economies and the military machine. (Example: Did you realise that the Nazis lost the war primarily for lack of resources...?)

Sidebar:
The C.I.A. released a prospectus of future global conflict a couple of years back, delineating large regional conflict in Asia by 2025... over water resources.

The primary aspect of any successful campaign are logistics, now use logics for starting a war. Still not resources.

Logisticians are dazzling masterminds who use ingenuity to transport cumbersome supplies across vast distances and over some of the world's most challenging terrain. These transportation experts used manpower and pure mechanical force to get things where they needed to be.
