How in the world is this Obama's fault? Or even problem?

OH, right, it's Obama. Forgot for a minute.

It's Obama's fault because he was running his mouth about 'saving' the planet' because coal is evil.

Those 'goals' in this US do nothing, but put people out of work here, and make energy more expensive while the biggest polluters get even bigger.

Basically instead of outsourcing jobs, and the wealth they create. Obama and the church of climatology are now 'outsourcing ' pollution.

So they can 'feel' better about themselves.

First Large Scale Solar Power To Be Built In China's Gobi Desert

Big whoop.

Coal plants are the most polluting of all power stations and the World Resources Institute (WRI) identified 1,200 coal plants in planning across 59 countries, with about three-quarters in China and India. The capacity of the new plants add up to 1,400GW to global greenhouse gas emissions, the equivalent of adding another China – the world's biggest emitter. India is planning 455 new plants compared to 363 in China, which is seeing a slowdown in its coal investments after a vast building programme in the past decade.

If you wish to lay blame on a president, I blame Obama for the current orders to shut down coal fired plants and knock out more jobs. But the ultimate blame must be laid at Nixon's feet. He opened the door to this entire mess.

India. Sovereign nation, under no obligation what so ever to "obey" the U.S.

China. Sovereign nation, under no obligation what so ever to "obey" the U.S.

Obama can say all he wants, no nation is under any obligation to even listen, muchless obey.

C'mon now, you know this.

If it weren't Obama, would you be fussing about this?

clean coal technology exists. Obama doesn't want to use it.

www.bloomberg.com...

"Yet Obama decided not to fight for FutureGen after Republicans in Congress refused in December to extend a September deadline for using the stimulus money allocated to the project in 2009. “It makes no sense to pull the plug on $1 billion committed to America’s signature near-zero emissions power project at such a critical time for these investments in technology,” said Gregory Boyce, chairman and chief executive officer of Peabody Energy, the world’s largest private-sector coal company and one of FutureGen’s backers."

doing away with coal wouldn't be so bad if the 'clean' solar etc were cost-efficient.
“President Obama acknowledged Wednesday that his efforts to combat climate change — in particular, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations to slash carbon pollution from cars and coal-fired power plants — could raise fuel and electricity prices.”

just as gas gets reasonable now our electric is going to go up. boo.

How about leaving Obama out of the discussion for once? Not everything is his fault, even if you can find a blog that seems to suggest it is.

But....but.....Obama.

Its also his fault when my toilet clogs, if the USB dongle doesn't go in by the second attempt, and the boom in the katydid population here in west Texas.

LOL...when we were in school we were taught about how those crude, ancient civilizations like the Aztec's were so dimwitted that they blamed everything on their leaders (who were connected to the gods). But we really aren't so different. Our president gets blamed for everything. "There was a major dust storm on Mars today that damaged the Rover mission. Thanks Obama!"

I recall seeing how someone posted a thread about how the drought in California was all because of the lawmkers and their lousy democratic ways.

LOL, "clean coal technology". Is that one of those pneumonic devices like "military intelligence"?

Sadly shutting coal fired power plants and perhaps even the mines as well is considered a success by Obama.
Less jobs = success.
What playbook is he using?

New Zealand Pledges An End To Coal By 2018

Last New Zealand coal plant reaches the end of the line

Yep, global coal boom...let them have it, we don't need it.

His goal is not only to promote Agenda 21 but to take the US down a notch while raising up other less fortunate nations. All the globalists are doing this not just our Occupier in Chief. It's part of the plan. The Rothschilds want to remain in power so they make sure that no one country is allowed to remain a superpower for long. This is behind much of the anti-Americanism we have seen the last few decades.
A big part of Agenda 21 is to sack wealthy nations and redistribute money and resources to 3rd world and newly industrialized nations.

Again Obama has ZERO to do with what China and India does. Obama can only worry about what goes on in the US, because that is the only country he is President of. Like I said, Obama can ASK China and India to curtail their coal use, but he can't force them to do anything.

Y'all need a better hobby than to just blame Obama for everything in the world. You're not going to be able to win a Presidential election banking on campaigning as "not Obama".

Clean coal is where we scrub the smoke that comes out of the plant for pollutants. At the end of the day we take these particles and then bury them in containers in the ground rather than put them into the air. Then 10 years later the container leaks into the local water table and becomes even more toxic.
