Which makes the far side of the Moon ideal for placing radio telescopes for studying the universe. This would shield them from any stray radio emissions from Earth.

By the way: it's called the Far side. Not the Dark side.



My reply was directed at the thread in general, not you specifically. Dark side, Far side.. Apparently I've been listening to too much Pink Floyd lately.


But yes.. you are correct. I guess my Major in Physics, with a minor in Astronomy doesnt kick in until afternoon hours haha
