On 08/02/15 hitchbot was damaged and has vanished in the area of Philadelphia.

Hitchbots homepage

It was more of a social experiment than a technologic feat, so I don't know if this is the correct board - mods, move it please to right sub if necessary.

Wow, you mean to tell me that someone may have damaged or stolen someone else's property in Philadelphia? No. Can't be.

So the little bot made it all around Canada, Netherlands, and Germany.
Poor little thing should have avoided some parts of the US, not safe. ...

Travel advisory - research more about the US before visiting....figure out the safe zones....

Made it safe through Germany.

No wonder so many around the world are scared to travel to the US. I've heard that too many times in recent years.

The US is a hot mess.........Many places are filled with self absorbed entitled whinny little adult children. OR thugs and criminals......take your pick.

The middle of the country is OK except urban areas. What a great idea this is....It is a shame people have zero class or pride.

Either a adult child.......Very common these days they are 20-30 somethings who refuse to grow up or a thug. It is a great idea and would have made a interesting movie or something.
