Ukranian PM Yanukovich returned to work today after a vacation following the election and as he fails to concede, plans to continue government
business. The newly elected PM Yushchenko has called upon his supporters in the tent city they have errected to strengthen their blockade of

KIEV, Ukraine - Viktor Yushchenko, fresh from his victory in Ukraine's disputed presidential race, called on his supporters Tuesday to blockade the
Cabinet of Ministers building to prevent his opponent from holding a government session
The opposition blockaded government buildings for weeks after the fraudulent Nov. 21 vote, preventing Yanukovych and other officials from entering
their offices. The country's high court annulled that ballot, forcing Sunday's rerun.
Under Ukrainian law, the prime minister can retain his post until replaced by the incumbent president or the president-elect.

Talk about people who just won't quit. The deadline for Yanukovich stepping down is extremely vague if it is as the article says, so it is
definately important that his concession be secured by some means. I sincerely doubt this move will work and believe that this could be another step
towards troops being ordered to disperse the mob.
