All hail booze for booze is liquid bread.
I really think without booze we would have murdered each other by now.

Yes... booze... That is what I've been referring to.

Sure I danced, when I was a teen high on .... life, yea life.

Not so much since then.

Maybe a mardi gras parade festival drunken fall over dancing something or another, but that's about it.

Let me put it this way. I'm not afraid of bad techno when sober, it's just I realize it's crappy music. Same for my moves on the floor.

I dislike this show and all shows like it but Tommy Chong sure can move.

So can Christopher Walken

It works on this end. The problem might be on your end. Or it might be one of those things to do with the region.
And, yes, Chong is the man.

When I first met my husband, he couldn't dance, and I had a hard time getting him to try.
Difficulty "letting go" and feeling rythm was in the way- too much thinking about what others would see, what does it mean, what could result from the act...

Through the years, I got him to stop thinking and let himself feel, and now he loves dancing! It is he who now proposes we go dancing some nights, and I have, strangely enough, become more inhibited. I've become more aware of the way it attracts attention to me and that bothers me.

I kneed myself in the face moshing about once and bleed all over the girl I was attempting to kop off with.
Those were the days my mates said I danced like a mad monkey.

I met a lass once who would have been down with that in a big way.

Life's rich tapestry eh? Sometimes you get a dropped stitch!

Do we HAVE to go into the gory details mate?

Funnily enough, back in the 80s I asked a girl for a dance in Carringtons nightclub in Harrogate, North Yorkshire...

She did not appreciate it when I started spinning on my head...

Cripes... I try to do that now and it is 4 months in intensive care and eating my dinner through a straw...

Did you go all helicopter on her out of the blue? Was it the head spin that made her angry, or was it the badly tied shoe that flew off and knocked her glass over?

Nooooo... Cripes... But then again, head spinning or looking like a total twerp whilst prancing to Soft Cells tainted love was the thing to to those days...

To be quite honest she went all Linda Lovelace on me...

Erm... What did I just say?

Last time I was in a dance club, the band wore matching outfits and the women wore dresses while the men wore ties.

And there were saxaphones and claranettes.

And we had just defeated Germany.
