Thanks.

This part might have traveled quite a distance with the currents in the ocean, but this is at least an answer for all the people who have lost their loved ones with the disappearance of MH370.
If this aeleron is indeed a part of the B777, this takes away al doubt as to where MH370 ended up.

Will we ever know what actually happened?
Why, or how it went down, probably nno?

But we can bring closure,
we will know for sure it crashed,
and know that the plane is not sitting somewhere being loaded with bombs
ready to fly into the
Eiffel tower or somewhere.

Ummmmm WTF would it be doing over there?

LOL

Isn't that in the opposite direction this plane was scheduled to fly?

ETA: There seems to be a major Indian Ocean current flow from Malaysia to southern Africa. So who knows.

ocean currents are wild man its been a year its had to sail around the ocean
caught in eddies, thrown in different currents.. I doubt this is some big conspiracy
other then the pilot was on a suicide dive.

Holy crap this is some big news.
I'm just not sure a flaperon would even float.
And with so many other wrecks out there will
we get pos. I.D. ? I'm sure Zaph will know.

If true, I won't be tuning in to CNN for the next month. They'll resurrect all their old props, simulators and re-call experts out of retirement for wall to wall analysis over the next 30 days.

It certainly matches if you look at the pictures, that tells me that there is a very high possibility that this is indeed a part of MH370.

Still in the investigatory stage. Would be nice if this was MH370, but it's not conclusive yet.

MH370: wreckage found on Reunion 'matches Malaysia Airlines flight'

"I've been studying hundreds of photos and speaking to colleagues," Mr Tytelman told The Telegraph. "And we all think it is likely that the wing is that of a Boeing 777 – the same plane as MH370.

"Police in Reunion examining the wreckage say that it looks like it's been in the water for around a year, which again would fit with MH370. We can't say for certainty, but we do think there is a chance that this is it."
