Cop Caught on Video Throwing Food at Homeless Person, Treating Him Like a Zoo Animal

A Sarasota Florida cop was caught on video throwing peanuts at an obviously starving handcuffed homeless man. This guy was so hungry he wiggled his way to the floor to eat the peanuts the JACKASS cop threw at him. another cop even handed him more peanuts so they could get some more laughs

I think he thinks people are are there for their personal amusement. The cop has been suspended and an investigation has been launched on the other officers there.

Why would anyone treat someone like that, especially a cop?

I wish that pig would loose his job and see what it's like to be homeless so I can go throw peanuts at his dumb ass and make him feel like the piece of $#!& that he really is. But I'm sure he will get a big promotion for being dick of the month.
