I think weather modification and manipulation could both work for cloud seeding. you are attempting to change the weather. (albeit localized)

Surfer, you're trying too hard. If you want convince us chemmies that chemtrails dont exist, all you have to do is quit posting in the Chemtrail forum..

What fun is that?

And I am far from trying too hard...trust me.

Heck, Id be convinced if you abstained for half a day.

Naw, you just need to go over to a chemmie site to get your fill of "yep, they sure are spraying heavy today", and not have anyone mention contrails, fuel dumps, or unicorns. Even if the hardcore, evil debunkers lay our for a day, a fresh new crop is hired comes along to take over.

It could be but in the way of cloud seeding manipulating the weather shows your in control of what happens...you know that with cloud seeding it is a virtual crap shoot for results.

But I guess it's all in how you look at it.

But it is funny how this turned into a weather manipulating discussion instead of what the OP is about...but that wasn't really unexpected when it comes to chemtrails.

Why does it have to be localized? Molecules can be moved around, like a magnet to chips of metal. If natural clouds can move, why can't man made ones?

Any cloud can move. Wind is a powerful thing. But it doesn't look like we have the power to control weather anymore than localized cloud seeding. If we cold make rain from thin air, I think CA would not be where it is today. Way too many cash crops failing for action not to be taken. Plus, that's the headquarters of the Illuminati. Jay Z AND Beyonce' live there. Plus Madona and all the other high ranking members.

Man-made ones DO move. With the wind. Just like 'natural ones'.

In the sense that if you supply sufficient nucleation to a saturated atmosphere, it can form clouds. That's what you're seeing in the case of "chemtrails". Once formed, though, they're as much 'natural clouds' as any other cloud you see.

You can't, however, tow a cloud wherever you'd like it to be.

You sound as if they're still in "trial stage" with this. In fact, they made it rain in Vietnam, for how long??? Come on now.

Operation Popeye (Project Popeye/Motorpool/Intermediary-Compatriot) was a highly classified weather modification program in Southeast Asia during 1967-1972. The cloud seeding operation during the Vietnam war ran from March 20, 1967 until July 5, 1972 in an attempt to extend the monsoon season, specifically over areas of the Ho Chi Minh Trail. The operation was used to induce rain and extend the East Asian Monsoon season in support of U.S. government efforts related to the War in Southeast Asia. The operation seeded clouds with both silver iodide and lead iodide, resulting in the targeted areas seeing an extension of the monsoon period by an average of 30 to 45 days. As the continuous rainfall slowed down the truck traffic, it was considered relatively successful.[1] However, resultant rain and subsequent flooding of the nearby Song Con River is sometimes blamed for the move of POWs from the prison camp at Son Tay and therefore, the failure of Operation Ivory Coast.[2]
There's nothing to debate, regarding this topic.

You could throw the one Tanker Enama used as an example to bring this back on track. It was a good story as well.

You don't need "wind" to make molecules move around. lololololol That's funny. Where's the wind, when my bass is thumping? How come my desk is vibrating???? Why are the objects falling off of my desk????????

Molecules can be moved around. All you have to do, is VIBRATE THEM.

Enter: HAARP.

Again, there is no need to further the debate.

I think you might be missing a bit of key information. Of all the trials and work being done with cloud seeding, there is the idea that a cloud that could have dropped rain is the type that needs to exist in order to be seeded, and it may have rained on it's own, so the validity of cloud seeding is a bit questionable. In Viet Nam with Operation Popeye, they seeded relentlessly and never really let the clouds go. With a saturated canopy and hot humid weather, more clouds formed and they seeded some more.

I had heard that some work in Australia proved that seeding with whatever technique they used did work. I got that from Chadwicus, who lives and works there.

Perhaps, you should eliminate the word: "Chemtrail" from your title??? I mean, it is titled: "Chemtrail Conspiracy Theorists". The only conspiracy is the silence of the matter. Speaking of matter......lolololol Let me stop.

HAARP is closed. And it's job was to heat a small portion of the ionosphere to aid in HF radio communications. They even had tours of the facility when it was open and it was run jointly with military and college kids.

Are you aware of how far sound vibrations can travel? I am thankful they don't go very far. My son has subwoffers in his car and thinks the louder it is, the cooler he looks. Two houses up the road, and I can't here him anymore. When you get old, you will appreciate that more.

The cone in your bass speaker is attached to a linear motor, in the form of the voice coil and magnet. The voice coil moves the speaker.

How come my desk is vibrating???? Why are the objects falling off of my desk????????

Because the linear motor in the speaker causes waves of air displacement, called sound. This couples to your desk.

In effect, it's wind.

Molecules can be moved around. All you have to do, is VIBRATE THEM.

Random vibrations do not cause net motion. Above absolute zero, all molecules vibrate all the time. They don't, however, move in any directed fashion.

Enter: HAARP.

HAARP is a high frequency radio transmitter. It's not particularly able to move clouds. It can't "vibrate" a cloud into directed motion, any more than your local AM radio station.

You're really "playing the fool" to a tee. Almost, as if you're new. That can't be the case with all those comments and stars.

So, why the act?

How much water molecules can be absorbed before it begins to fall? They kept seeding (which is weather manipulation), to keep it raining. They didn't seed once or twice, and it magically rained, relentlessly. They had to keep replenishing the clouds, to keep it raining; otherwise, the rain would have stopped.

Now, that was how many years ago?

Today, we're smashing atoms. Why??????

They're going deeper. One thing leads to another! Pay attention.

I hear that at the last moment, before they started disassembling the place, they decided to just give it to the University of Alaska for nothing. That would be nice, if they've got the bucks to keep it going for a while. And of course, they have to fix the power plant to get it up to EPA spec. And there is where the issues lie.

You're highly misinformed about HAARP's capabilities and seriously misinformed regarding molecules and atoms. Heck, you still don't understand how sound works.

I really don't want to get into a debate. That's not why i'm here. I was hoping to have a MATURE, intellectual conversation, regarding a "secret" project that's been going on, for quite some time. All you want to do is pick a part knowledge.

You want to force your opinion and not face the facts!

I decline!

I think you have that backwards. Van de Graaf invented his electrostatic generator in about 1929, which was one of the first "atom smashers", but cloud seeding wasn't really systematically studied until the mid 40s.

So "smashing atoms" came first. Pay attention.
