We have a similar mindset with the two tier system as well...

That's pretty much my point, that what we know as prison isn't necessarily what's right to punish certain crimes.
We already have Cat A, B & C prisoners...

But it's topsy turvy...

People shouldn't have to fear for their lives everyday for 5 years because they grew a bit of cannabis...

Paedos should, but they're segregated...

This is the kind of stuff Obama should have been doing from day 1. The hope and change...this is what that should have looked like.
