the photo I just saw shows her eyes rolled back in her head and she looks a lot more lifeless, has anyone else seen this?

I believe it's a Photoshop made from the original mugshot, notice that the hair is exactly the same in both photos .

I couldn't be the other way around either i suppose, meaning the " original" is eyes rolled back and eye's photoshopped in is the altered image.

I would agree... or possibly someone involved along the way has a conscience and likes to sleep at night. Some things are just too hard to live with.

" eyes rolled back in her head": That's a horribly done up "Photo-shopped" version of the original mug shot that should have never been made. Shame on whoever did that.
