Firearm ownership law in the People's Republic of China heavily regulates the ownership of firearms. Generally, private citizens are not allowed to possess firearms.

Because the majority of anti-gun folks are pro-MJ and vice versa.

I'm one of the rare ones in the middle who is pro gun and pro MJ along with being pro choice, anti religious influence, etc.

It would be great if all people were on the side of personal freedoms and personal responsibility but, unfortunately, it seems like most just want every one else to live according to their rules.

Funny enough we have a lot in common. I don't like guns personally but am pro 2nd, pro drug legalization, pro choice and pro separation of Church and State. Weird huh?

Story update - last three victims are all expected to be released "soon."

Houser' wife removed all the guns he owned from their house in 2008, according to the AP. no indication whether he got them back or managed to obtain new ones.

Correlation does not equal causation. Most of them are on these medications because they are bat# crazy enough to want to shoot random people during a film.

I'm not sure. One article it sounds like patients went to two hospitals, the next it sounds like one. Either way, everybody at this particular hospital is expected to be released soon. Still trying to figure out if that's everybody or if there's another hospital involved.

I wouldn't say it's weird because I'm used to it.

When I have a gun-related discussion, people tend to assume I fit the typical gun nut stereotype. If I have a MJ-related discussion, people tend to assume I fit the pro-MJ stereotype.

People tend to assume a lot about someone based on how they feel about a single issue and I blame that on the media for leading us to believe that the nation is made up of two types of people: Conservatives and Liberals.

I've spoken out against Obama and Hillary which gets me dismissed as a Bush supporter. Too many people see only 2 sides to every issue.
